There very caring about your problem your having .I feel like they help you as much as p they can they give you the care needed and if more needs to be done there on top of it ready the ball going if there more doctor a you to be referred to .I feel really confident in them and very comfortable them taking care of my problems

Dr. Allen is a good doctor. Im glad that he has the Monroe location now. Its an easier drive for me.

Worst expierence in my life. Took 3 months to get appointment. I would call and this hotline would make me an appointment and then 3 days later someone would call from some 979 number and cancel it and say they had to call me back cause they were booked. I should have took that as a sign. 3 months later I get in to see Dr. Nicholson. he gets 5+ stars. He was the nicest dr. Seemed very caring and very compassionate I told him how long it took me to get in and he didnt know why cause they werent over booked. Anyways he said he wanted to do a CT Scan which took 3 wks to schedule. Cause someone call me back and change the date. To have 2 more test. One had to be done in his surgical center in lawrencevillega. We said no problem we could drive there.The lady working in his office that day didnt act like she knew what she was doing. Said to schedule certain test would take insurance a few weeks to approve and said she would call me back to schedule that test. I never heard a word. Weeks go back. Nothing. I call them. Nothing.I share a car wuth someone else and I told her I had upcoming dr appointments. I called again. Never heard back. This morning July 11 2017 I already had this dr appointment that was set a month ago. I go every month.I get home from my monthly appointment and noticed I had 5 missed calls and 3 voicemails asking me I was late for my appointment today. 3 calls saying I was late. I had NO IDEA of any appointment. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. So I called the number given and that lady was so rude. I told her I NEVER knew of any appointment. I said i never heard back from anyone. She called me a liar. I said cause my mom was with me that day and remembers no appointment was ever made. She is my back up number if I cant be reached. She got NO phone calls. The other lady i forget her name called my mom a liar. Called me a liar. Said she I wasted the dr. time. She made me cry. I am so upset. I handed the phone to my mom. She said same thing to her. Said we were lying. I called back and cancelled all test with your office.I think I KNOW there is communication problems. I will never go back.
