Dr. Smith was such a kind and caring doctor. He took the time to explain the situation we had regarding my Mother and answer questions without being rushed. You could tell he genuinely cares for his patients. I wish my Mom could have continued her care with him for her surgery needs with Dr. M. Shane Smith but she needed trauma orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Smiths office staff were so kind and helpful over and above what would normally be done for a patient. Making calls for wheelchairs etc. and setting things in motion for delivery of items. I was truly blown away and greatly appreciated the girls in the back. They truly helped lighten the load for me.

Dr. Smith is amazing He brings both knowledge and expertise In orthopedics along with compassion and a sincere desire to listen and help his patients. From the time I first met him for my evaluation through my surgery to my follow up appointments there was not one single glitch in the process. This is unheard of in the medical field today.
