Me and my mother had went to doctor atoyebi. Which I had requested a refill for my mother's sugar meds .which for over almost a year .she still never filled her meds .I'm so happy we don't have to see this doctor ever again .she don't care about how bad someone feels when in very bad pain .I had lost 2 of her prescriptions and I had to bag this doctor to refill them for over 2 weeks .hope you have a better luck with her then we did .

I've been seeing doctor Garrison since my daughter was born. I've never had an issue at the office. Anytime I've called or needed an appointment they were easy to work with. Even for video appointments they were very helpful to get logged in

Our many visits to Piedmont Physician in Monroe, Ga have always been exceptional. Dr. Atoyebi has always been pleasant to visit, and very concerned with patients well being. The staff has always been professional, pleasant and concerned about us. Really can't say enough about this group medical professionals.

Dr. Elisha Poynter is absolutely amazing. The best doctor you will ever come across. She goes above and beyond for her patients in every way. Dr. Poynter is more than willing to work with you especially if finances are a concern. The rest of the staff is also friendly and this location was such a welcoming place. I used to go to the Loganville location, but since Dr. Poynter relocated to this location, I’ve been coming here. Looking at previous reviews, it looks like the doctors and staff who were here prior weren’t the best. But as of March 2021, this is most definitely a trustworthy and reliable place to go to for your families needs concerning healthcare. You won’t be disappointed!

I had one of the best doctors experience here! I came in as a new patient and was seen exactly at my appointment time. In total for waiting, seeing the nurse and doctor, and getting 2 tests done it took a total of one hour. Dr. A was attentive and caring. She took time to go through everything with me in my history and I didn’t feel like she was rushing to get to the next patient. She is a super nice person! I will absolutely be going back again and would refer anyone to her.

Staff was rude almost all of the time. We left in December 2018, I'm sending in my request for my records for a third time... and it is now September.

I called to make an appointment, the women who answered.. Angie, is rude. I’ve never called any doctors office and had someone talk to me like that. I wasn’t anxious or had an attitude and was spoken to with huffs and sighs, like she couldn’t get my name or basic information. She just transferred me over to another women. She didn’t seem as aggressive toned, but still sighed.. then after confirming my appointment. She said with slight attitude, yes! Didn’t thank me for being a new patient or ask any questions or if I needed any other help. She hangs up. I don’t feel comfortable seeking help if I’m not being treated kindly. Like the office needs to be caring to care for people. I feel really uncomfortable... I’ll have to find another family practitioner outside Monroe bc these ladies were really unprofessional.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.My daughter has been seen here a few times. I called Wednesday bc she was really sick and really just had some simple questions that a nurse could’ve easily answered. I got transferred to a nurse and she would not answer my questions asked for my contact info and told me the doctor would call me back... few hrs went by didn’t hear anything called back and was told “the doctors still busy she will call you back if she gets time”......here it is late Friday night and I never got a call back. My question was when do I need to get concerned about my daughter not being able to hold anything down (toddler).... if I call someone my doctor or my child’s doctor I’d like to be able to depend that they’re going to give me answers when I need them....AND THEY WERE RUDE AS HELL TO ME. Never going back.
