Ms. Charlie and Ms. Kalsey are awesome! When I come in or call the office they are always friendly and professional and they take good care of my needs for my children efficiently and effectively every time. They rock as team members! Thanks for all you do Ladies!!!!

I'm truly grateful to bring my kids to this office location! All the nurse's are very polite and truly friendly. Mrs Charlie is so helpful she has truly been of great service on our visits! Dr Judith has been my kids doctor from birth this office is truly excellent! Thank you for great service during these trouble times covid-19.

Let's start at front desk Mrs. Charlie OMG THAT WOMAN IS AMAZING. SHE IS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS on top of everything. I call she gets us in asap. I have a medically fragile baby and they help me in so many way Dr morales is amazing with him. He is a trach vent baby and I would have any mom I know go to him in a heartbeat. GREAT AMAZING MAN.

Dr Judith Delima is a wonderful pediatrician. My children love her. She takes time to answer questions they have. She really cares about her patients. She listens and makes eye contact which is hard to find a dr like that. The nurses and staff treated my children with care and made sure their time in the office was comfortable.

Dr. Morales doesn't follow NHLBI Guidelines for Treatment &Management of Asthma. Doesn't prescribe meds appropriately & requires a child with mild-well controlled asthma to have an office visit every 3 months. Doesn't prescribe controller meds ensuring patient has enough meds to use as prescribed to last between office visits. Dr. Morales requires another office visit before sending a refill prescription. Refuses to listen. RUDE! Unprofessional office staff! Kids will die under his "care"!!

Dr. Morales refused to give a patient with asthma a flu shot since he had a limited supply. He was saving those for PeachCare patients. He pads his pockets with multiple visits for the same chronic condition. Billing is inaccurate. Overbilling to insurance for "patient education" and "extended visits" that never happen. We miss the honesty and integrity of Dr. Lovett!

I've never experienced an office that will not call guarantor back, I find the MA staff try to do their best at assisting however Dr. Morales and his office manager are disregarded to patients care and guardians concern of care. I also find the hands-off approach by Dr. Morales to be cold and disrespectful as if this isn't a to not interact with one that is giving you service. I do not believe patient chart notes are reviewed and addressed with care at time of visit.
