David Hart's Online Review Report Card

Dr Hart in my opinion is one of the best Dr’s in town, he is very knowledgeable, provides thorough information and genuinely cares about his patients and there well being! I don’t have see him often thank goodness! I have other family members that go to him as well. We all adore him. As for Cathy I have not had an issue myself but other family members have experienced extreme rudeness and unprofessional Behaviour.

Probably very intelligent but unable to communicate it to patients

Dr. David Hart is an amazing neurologist. After years with two other neurologists who did nothing to help control my epilepsy, Dr. Hart was able to find exactly the right medications to control them, and I have been seizure free for nearly two decades now, and he has even been able to lower the amount of meds I take. Unfortunately, the star rating suffers because of his office staff. Scheduling an appointment, even pre-COVID, is a nightmare. Getting a script sent to the pharmacy is worse. I've been waiting over a week now for the office to reply to two requests sent by my pharmacy for the SAME script to be sent over. This is by computer, folks. You push a button. It isn't hard. This is for literally life saving meds, but apparently, the office staff doesn't care about trivial things like that. Honestly, if it weren't for Dr. Hart being a superlative neurologist, I would go elsewhere.

Dr, Hart has been my physician for several years. I am a Type 1 diabetic and have been extremely happy with his personal service to me. I am puzzled though with Peidmont. My last scheduled appointment was met with no explanation except that he was not with Peidmont at Crossroads any longer and they could not speak of it.. With no guidance offered about who I could take on as my new primary physician except that I would have to find a new physician. Which I took as a ...buzz of... we don"t need you. I have been a patient since Peidmont took over Papp Clinic. Also for years with Papp.Now my obvious question is why did Peidmont not just tell me that Dr. Hart would now be at the old Papp Clinic location? It would have been much easier for me to change locations instead of finding a new doctor! Well at least I am I am happy to hear that Dr. Hart is still serving the Newnan community.

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Harts since I was born and and I’m now in my 40’s.I wouldn’t go anywhere else.He genuinely cares about his patients and talks to you about anything.His receptionist Kathy is a sweetheart.She goes out of her way to do whatever she can for you.Always asks how things are no matter how busy she is.I absolutely love her and Dr.Hart.I will hate the day he chooses to retire.

Is clearly not in the know about Covid Brain. Don't waste your time here if you had Covid and are experiencing problems

I had Covid-19 along with brain fog. I saw Hart after waiting 5 months, only to be told that my brain fog was not from Covid-19. He sited about 3 articles stating that there was no proof of Covid brain problems. After going to Mt. Siani in NYC, who the doctor there told me in fact there was proof of Covid Brain.

The city needs more Doctors (and staff) like this clinic. Even though he has some health issues himself, he actually cares about his patients and spends time discussing issues. Top notch!!!!

Both himself and Kathy are the best....He has helped me with all my medical problems and made sure I was seen to by a specialist when he thought I needed it and Kathy has bought my prescriptions or meds down to the main door because of my breathing problem and she knows it's so hard for me to go to the office for pickup...God bless them both....they are the best.

Dave has been my family dr for over 40 yrs. I have serious medical issues and have been trying for over 3 months to call and get appt but absolutely cannot get through. Decided to stop in this morning to make appt. I simply said to kathy I was unable to get through on phone for 3 months. First words out of her mouth was " if you don't like the service get another dr" . Not sure how to proceed here....but absolutely horrified at her response. Does he even know how she treats his patients??
