This location is the worst in the state of Georgia. The pharmacy department doesn't follow directions and the front office staff will keep you on hold for 15 plus minutes. The doctors dont stay their long they move on to other locations. They call patients in to off for no legitimate reason only to fill a claim against their insurance. Dont waste your time with jencare find a location that cares about people.

This place has not recovered from reopening last summer. When you can’t get meds when you need them and they can’t perform services they offer because they don’t have personnel to perform there duties is not acceptable . Mom had a COVID test done we were told 2 days and it turned into 5 days and I called them. They do not return calls in an appropriate time frame. Momma was pretty much over COVID by the time they got back in touch with us. We had to take her to urgent care. Why would you go to the dr in Morrow and when you need a specialist they send you 30+ miles to a dr in Atlanta. This is a place that seniors go to and you should make it easy for them. Isn’t that what you advertise? Do your research and ask questions.

My experience with Jencare has so far been great ! The staff is welcoming and friendly, while showing concern for you as their patient. The facility is clean and receiving medicine right from the facility is so convenient. I've been treated by 2 doctors since coming to this facility and I truly appreciate them as physicians. I hope Jencare continue to Excell In Patient Care !

JenCare in Morrow IS THE BEST! Before starting with JenCare 3 years ago...I avoided doctors...I just didn't trust them. My 1st visit at JenCare changed all that. Dr. Rafique and the entire Staff treat me like a REAL PERSON...they take care of All my medical needs...they always ask about my family....they treat me like family. I have been under medical care since 1981.….and never have I had a Doctor or the Staff treat me with the love & respect that I have at JenCare.

A very well organized professional responsive organization with doctors who are up to date on the most recent medicine and medical procedure. the staff is very helpful in getting refill on medicine and calling the pharmacy to get refills and new prescription at the pharmacy
