I'm a current patient of Dr. Dawson he is wonderful everytime I see him he is more and more excited about my delivery date approaching..5 weeks to go!! I can't wait for the big day all because of how kinda, caring, and reassuring he has been throughout my entire pregnancy!

Doctor Dawson is so great at what he does. He listens, he gives advice, and he takes precaution. I’ve only had one appointment with him but I feel like I’m in safe hands.

Dr Dawson is the most caring and knowledgeable doctor I’ve ever had. He has helped me with issues with my IUD, an unexpected pregnancy which turned out to be a little on the high risk side. He was amazing throughout the whole process, my hospitalization for 10 days and an impeccable delivery. He never rushed through any of the appointments at the clinic or at the hospital, he took time to listen to my fears and concerns. He held my hand and reassured me looking into my eyes when I had to have general anesthesia and a c-section. Forever grateful to him!!

I don't normally write reviews but I had such a great experience with Dr. Dawson, I wanted other women to know. I was referred to Dr. Dawson by Atlanta Perinatology because they love him so much. I'm so glad I went with their recommendation. He listens to you, spends time with you and takes every concern seriously. I was a high risk OB patient and he always gave me options and pros and cons to each. I went from dreading appointments with my last pregnancy to really looking forward to the appointment with Dr. Dawson. He always put my mind at ease and is smiling all of the time. He really got me through this last pregnancy and I can't thank him enough. Best beside manner of any doctor I've seen and the best doctor I've seen hands down.

I can't say enough good words about Dr.Dawson. He's the best doctor I've ever had in my life He spent about 40 minutes with me discussing my problems, he is really smart and he really takes care of his Patients. He takes the time to answer ANY questions that you have. He actually listens and believes what you have to say. Now I feel much better knowing I have this wonderful Doctor in my life to go to when I need help.

Dr. Dawson has delivered both of my babies and I have had great experiences both times. Both times I was very determined to not have a C Section. I had a complication during the first delivery (shoulder dystocia) and Dr. Dawson handled it amazingly, and the baby was 100% healthy and I had a vaginal delivery. He is really caring and a very good Dr. I very highly recommend him!
