Dr. Obideen is the WORST and most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen in my entire life. He didn’t read my chart and said that my stomach issues were probably woman related even though I was already tested for that. When I told him I was tested for that he said “but did you go to a gynecologist?” His medical assistant says he doesn’t get back to her until the next day. He finally responded to me over 24 hours later and said he was going to prescribe me a medication to help my issue... he didn’t. So now I have to wait almost another 24 hours when this issue has been going on for 4 weeks if he even responds.

My mother had an appointment with her gastroenterologist today she has stage 4 cancer and the ladies up front receptionists were very rude to her she was in so much pain trying to get there and they were snarky about her being late then she was turned away. This appointment was supposed to help find the origin of her cancer. Heartless people in that office

First appointment of the day and Dr. Dong was over 30 minutes late. Pay attention to the negative reviews as they are accurate as usual. Scheduled for 820 am and walked out of the room after sitting for over half an hour. Unapologetic staff. Their time must be more valuable than everyone else’s.

I waited an hour to be seen and quite a few other people were taken care of ahead of me. I could hear the other person that the front desk asking why my chart hadn’t been completed. When I complained about this I was made to feel that I was in the wrong. There is absolutely no excuse for for such treatment.

I found Dr. Garud to be uninterested in helping me manage a chronic GI condition I have. He basically told me to stay on my current medication and just to expect to always deal with my symptoms. He basically said I had no reason to come back until my next colonoscopy. He kept telling me to search my diet for the culprit. I felt like I couldn’t eat anything and none of it was helping. I saw a doctor in Atlanta at another practice. I had a sigmoidoscopy and my disease had affected a much larger portion of my colon. I’m on oral medications now that are helping. I’m grateful I found a doctor that listened to me and cared. I have a family to raise.

Dr. Karim is one of the most nicest DRs I have ever met She was very understanding. I had never been put a sleep and I had to do a colonoscopy her and her staff made me feel so comfortable and my fears were gone. I highly recommend this office

I have a bad case of white coat syndrome. I dont know why I worried. This facility was the absolute best. They put my fears to rest. Dr. Sagar Garud understood my fears and he worked with me as I explained why I was there. Everything he said and did put my mind at ease. Thank you all for being so understanding and helpful

Dr. Obideen is the best. Very thoroughan excellent Dr. Highly recommend him.

Not my GI anymore You cannot communicate with them. Poor 🌟

For my initial appointment I waited over an hour before the doctor showed up even though I was told I was her first patient of the day. She suggested a full battery of tests including lab work ultrasound etc. When the results came back I received a call from the medical assistant who could not answer any of my questions. I was told they had called in a prescription when in actuality I just needed to get over the counter medication. I was informed a contrast CT was needed but the medical assistant had no knowledge of why or what the reasons for the test might be. If you try and get in touch with any one for questions such as billing or a request for medical records or a change of appointment you will be sent to voicemail. You can never get a live person to speak with at this office. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I have moved to a new doctors office.
