I must say they are wonderful and its not about the money. Mrs Heather is wonderful and I could not imagine using anywhere else. Heather is amazing.
I took my mother multiple times complaining of chest pain legs swelling and indigestion. They attributed everything to her diabetes or runofthemill indigestion. Did an EKG did bloodwork which we still have not heard the results of 2 months later I ended up taking her to the ER and she was having heart attacks. The cardiologist said there was a lot of damage so the one they caught was not the first. I would not recommend this clinic at all.

Love the staff. Just a clean and friendly place
I had called to set up a telehealth appt in early January and got an appt on Feb 3rd. It took me an hour to drive to this location from my home and it wasnt until at least 15 minutes AFTER my appt was supposed to start that the person manning the window hands me his cellphone where his boss tells me they decided not to renew the contract for the Dr I was supposed to see and so my appt was cancelled. She offered to send a referral for me to her current employer which is way too far for me to reasonably drive to. No one had bothered to inform me prior to me arriving.I tried to explain to her that I had important prescriptions I had to get refilled and had done my due diligence in getting an appt in time that I would be able to get them refilled and now it would take me weeks to get a new appt somewhere else and asked if there was anyone who could at least give me scripts for refills for my current meds. She said they might be able to refill some of them and they would have a doctor talk to me.An hour after my appt I am still waiting and they are seeing patients that have come in past when they told me the Dr I had the appt with is gone. So I go to the window to see what is going on and the person there who has been coming and going informs me that he still hasnt even put my information in the computer and cant give me any kind of estimate on how long I have to wait.At this point I am too frustrated to stay and politely as I can let them know that I will just be leaving as I cant wait around without any idea how long it is going to be. I had budgeted at least three hours for the drive and appt and that was already depleted. The employee followed me out to tell me he would hurry and would bump me up in the queue which means not only would I have had to wait for him to finally put my information in and hope they could refill most of my meds but they had intended to put me in the back of the walkin queue.I am a pretty patient person I understand that sometimes appts take longer than expected but the way this was handled was beyond unprofessional. I have a couple chronic conditions that require daily meds and I had thought I had my ducks in a row by getting an appt a month before I ran out of refills after moving. Instead I am without a new doctor and without my meds and was out 3 hours and gas money for just a day of frustration. When you are a health provider people depend on you for their well being. There are people who are unable to function without their medication. This kind of negligence is unexcusable.
They care about their patients and take the time to help you
I adore the staff here. They are so polite and sweet. Dr. Courtney is a gem She really cares about her patients and is very easy to talk to.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
