The office manager here should be fired! I am currently deployed and my wife is trying to finish our paperwork for foster care, she left 3 messages to get physicals, that were never returned. Finally, resorting to going in person the office manager declined to make her an appointment because her medical records are still in transit from our last duty station. Mind you this is just a standard physical that does not require records. The office manager told her to go somewhere else, so she did! After paying $200 out of pocket at another office the physicals are done...no records needed. I would not want my wife or kids going here. The manager was the rudest person she has ever dealt with in a medical capacity.

I love Dr. Wheeler and his staff. Dr. Wheeler is very personable and listens to what you have to say. His PA David Atkins is also great. Both are great listeners and take into consideration what you have to say while diagnosing your illness. The office staff and nurses are also great. I highly recommend them.
