Cancer Treatment Centers Of America's Online Review Report Card

My sister is being treated at this facility and I wish we would have taken her somewhere else For this to be a Cancer Center you would think that they would be able to do more for their patients than just give them Chemo The entire building closes down at 5pm. And the only way that a patient can be admitted to the hospital is through Urgent Care. Meanwhile the Urgent Care is closed on Saturdays as if their patients dont have very unique and urgent needs on Saturdays? They gave her a surgery in February and every since the surgery they have put her to the wayside The communication is horrible and I know that with the surgery something was done that wasnt supposed to be done. So we are looking for other care for her elsewhere as well for a good lawyer. Do yourself a favor and spare your loved one the suffering and pain. THIS PLACE ISNT WHERE YOU WANT TO GO

This place has been a HUGE disappointment as far as my moms cancer care treatment. The recent lack of concern followup by her care team doctor was absolutely beyond disappointing pretty much disgusting.We realize that these people are human not for one second did we expect an absolute perfection situation.HOWEVER following up with a patient regarding some very important scary test results seems to me like a very basic fundamental expectation ESPECIALLY for a place that boasts of being one of such high standards. Clearly they DO help some people here.. that is if your doctor has someone covering his patients while hes out of town for a week or as long as you dont just slip through the cracks.We wish she had never come to this place

Awesome staff and facilities

I had 2 surgeries there this year. I have never felt so cared for at any other medical facility. I was at complete ease in the hands of my surgeon entire care team. I am so glad I chose CTCA Atlanta.

I would give a 0 if I could. My concern with the Cancer Treatment Center Of America is that they are lacking in followup and care treatment which is their primary goal. I started meeting with them on June 17th with the understanding that they were a complete care facility handing not only cancer but every aspect of the cancer patient including family. Once engaged with the care i experienced unbelievable lack of care. The doctors orders were not carry through appointments were not followed to completion. After nearly two months I have not started treatment.

My husband is a patient at CTCA and has been going here since 2019 for lung cancer treatment. We were completely satisfied until Dr. Rich left the facility. The care team now does not correspond with the patient. Our first follow up visit after Dr. Rich left a CT of a pelvis was done let me say my husband was diagnosed with lung cancer no chest CT scanned. I had to call back an speak to several people to get hotel accommodations. Our next 4 month follow up we liked the provider but the care team has not called back with a follow up appointment or hotel reservations yet. It appears that if a patient does not stay on top of things you might fall through the cracks. It appears that the care team may need more training it has not been as good our last two visits.

Very professional clean friendly place. They saved my life.

We loved this place for 4 years until they changed to Dr. Godbee my CA125 increased and she didnt seem to have any compassion or concern said we will see you back in 3 months. I consuled my regular doctor and she checked my CA125 again two weeks later and it is still going up unfortunately I having to change doctor do to her. Please listen to your body and if the doctor is not concern with you ot might be time to find another one.

Any one with lung cancer have a review they would like to share with me..I have been going now for several months and love it so far

I would not made it this far with out CTCA.With my preexisting conditions they step up took care of them also. Which made the cancer treatments easier.The team I had to begin with wasted three months. I was in excruciating pain with made every thing else worsened.So that yall for the quick response .
