Childrens Clinic's Online Review Report Card

I don't recommend this office! I called with concerns for my 3 month old and had video showing unusual movements she was making. Over the phone I was told by the nurse that she would talk to the doctor and call back. I ended up stopping by the office to show her the video which she seemed annoyed by. She then stated that the doctor "skimmed" the message and said it sounded like normal baby movements. I insisted that the nurse watch the video which she also said was normal baby movements and to just keep a log of it and that the doctor would address it at her next appointment which was weeks away. Thankfully I didn't take that advise and took my daughter to CHAO where she has been diagnosed with INFANTILE SPASMS which are seizures NOT normal baby movements!! Parents listen to your instincts!!

Don’t recommend them. Shannon sent my 5 week preemie home in respiratory distress and told me he was fine. Ended up in picu within 24 hours and called the office to tell them the mistake they made and never got a apology. I had to do the hospital follow up there because the new pediatrician couldn’t get us in yet and everyone was so rude and annoyed that we were there. Sandy asked me why I was leaving there office and cut me off in the middle of explaining why. Their nurse Debbie is one of the rudest people I’ve ever came in contact with and even made rude remarks to my four year old after this she was not allowed to be our nurse ever again. Before this happened Shannon acted like it was fine that my preemies apnea monitor was going off constantly and told me if stimulation didn’t work to bring him out of a apnea episode THEN she would do something about that. If stimulation didn’t work he would have required immediate intervention (CPR, oxygen, etc) defiantly wasn’t safe for him. After taking him to choa on my own the apnea monitor was alarming because his heart rate was dropping to the 30’s, and he would stop breathing for 20-30 seconds. This office went down hill bad after trawick left. She was amazing but is no longer there. If you have a medically complex child do not bring them here.

Paris is excellent

My son's pediatrician is the best! Paris at the front desk and Sandra are always wonderful!

OMG!!! This lady doctor is not qualified to see and kids on this horrible clinic that saw my down syndrome son and calling me a lier and wanted to take my kid to the hospital by force by calling the ambulance and the rescue after I told her my son doesn’t need to go to the hospital after telling her I won’t approve of my son going to the hospital for just a cough and she was saying he does need to go to the hospital she was very rude and treated me like a lier and a very bad experience with this doctor and made my son cry and very uncomfortable and I will never step foot on this office again and will never 👎 Recomend them again! And I called her to make sure somebody speaks Spanish so they could translate to my wife and kid that don’t speak spanish and treat us like garbage just because my son was a Down syndrome kid and needed a lot of attention that she didn’t have and wasn’t qualified for my son

Debbie the nurse is the worst . She yelled at me for not telling the front my 4 year old have a slight fever , then when I tried to leave she stood in front of the door and would not let me out to leave . Worst place ever

I love this place i would give it 10 stars if i could...its my second time i have taken my 3 kids....and about the appointments i love the way they make them right away and i dont have to wait 1-2 months for my kids to be seen..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
