The staffs were very professional and nice. Went there with some unclear answers for 3-4 days so it was a lot of worrying there but Dr.Wallace cleared and explained everything very well to which I understood. She took very good care of my daughter. She went more in depth in trying to find a solution for us. Dr. Wallace is an amazing, that ride was definitely worth it and we are staying at that location even though it’s almost 3 hours away and we have one 5 minutes away.
Everyone was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place the wait time was little to nothing. Dr. Suthar and team was awesome! Wish I could give 10 stars!
This provider is very knowledgeable, caring, polite and informative. I was walked through every process with a helping hand and listening ear; I highly recommend taking your kid(s) here for service
Dr. McEachern M.D. and his Staff were Great at explaining what was going on with our Daughter!
Dr. Wallace, and the whole team were amazing!!! My husband and I went into consultation with much nervousness because we didn’t know what the outcome would be for our 3-month old, but from the moment we walked in we were progressively more at ease. The receptionist was friendly & the medical assistant was warm & thoughtful, and she felt like someone I had known already. The nurse and echo tech were also very nice, and seemed very knowledgeable in their specialty. Dr. Wallace was professional, thorough, and she walked us through all of the possibilities for our baby’s assessment findings. I appreciate that she offered info instead of us having to fish for answers. She was kind, and even made us laugh a few times. We also never once felt like she was in a hurry to move on to the next patient. I was especially impressed with the workflow and timing. We were there for a little under 2 hours. In that time, our baby was examined, all testing was completed, interpreted and explained. For some that may seem like a long time, but as a former clinic nurse, I can say that is impressive. I never felt like we were waiting too long in between seeing each discipline. It’s also a game-changer to be able to leave with answers, instead of having to wait days or weeks for results and a follow up visit. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m grateful to have been referred to Dr. Wallace and her team!
This office is amazing! Got us in quickly, doctor was thorough, compassionate, genuine, educated us, and it was a great experience.
Great nurses, really trained for handling children
Awesome customer service and medical care.
I love this office. Dr. Wallace is amazing and so is the staff.
First, the staff are all fantastic, caring and attentive. Second, the prices are insane. $600+ for a office consult that was maybe 20 minutes. $200+ for an ECG. Need an ECG? Walmart Heath: $28 and a board licensed physician will read it the exact same way. These prices should have been advertised. Hospital Price Transparency went into effect on 01/01/2021, and it seems this location does not comply or maybe not required. Either way, shop around before committing to an appointment.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
