I have been coming here for about 4 yrs. now and I love this place everyone is like family and I never want to go anywhere else..I wish they had primary doctors for us as well because I don't want to go anywhere else I feel like they know me and care I'm just not a number to them .But the only negative thing is when I go for my infusion now they take forever. Like today I had a 1 30 appointment and it's 3 10and I haven't started yet not sure what happened it has never been like this just in the Last few months the wait time has gotten bad.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place does not care about their patients like Cancer Treatment of America did. They bought them out, but they don't have the same great customer care. They are a research hospital. My sister died because by the time we found out they had changed the name; it was too late. It's now non-profit and a research center it was too late to find her an actual lung specialist. She was too sick to continue getting chemo. If you want to live go somewhere else. If the doctor's specialty is not the type of cancer you have go somewhere else. If they had been honest about not being the same company my sister would have never gone there and gambled with her life.

Other than having several different oncologists in a 4.5 year span, my care and care teams have remained top notch. What I like the most is that all of my care (treatments, surgeries, labs, scans, Nutritionist, Naturopath, etc.) have been under the same roof...even my overnight stays/accommodations!

My daughter was told she had kidney cancer on Nov 1, 2023. I immediately called the City of Hope. Within 30mins they had contacted her and set up a phone appointment for the next day. Within 3 days she had had a phone appointment with intake staff and a doctor. 7 days later she had a face-to-face appoint with the surgeon. She had her surgery a week later. Her tumor was removed and was found to be benign--not cancer. She was back at home 4 days later. The City of Hope is an amazing place. Everyone was kind and considerate, they all encouraged and supported my entire family. I truly thank GOD for everything the did for my daughter.

Our family member was ready to fight their battle but the doctors was not. One time my family member was admitted and the doctor came in the room and asked, "why are you here, I have people sicker than you" our family member passed a few weeks later.

The center was great The transportation lady was not She talked too much and was constantly being negative about trans people It was very disturbing
