Dr.Huang was excellent, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions couldn't have been better and then I get to the front desk and had to deal one of dumbest people I ever met in my life, first she told me my insurance wasn't in effect, I told that's not true I've had this insurance for 11years,then she said this is United healthcare we don't take this insurance,I told her I gave all my insurance information over the phone when I made the appointment and it just fine then, then she said they were not in part of the United healthcare plan, I told her better look at my card again, it's a ppo dual coverage complete I don't have to anyone in the plan I can go anywhere even to specialist without a referral, at this point I called my insurance company and told them the crap she was telling me and told my insurance agent what I was dealing with and put her on the phone with her immediately she started typing on the computer ,then hands my card back and says if there's anything not covered she would call me, I had as much of this "Karen" as I could take and said " and you know what I'm gonna tell you" she obviously had no clue about insurance billing and wanted to make her incompetence my fault. This was my first time going there and even the Dr.Huang was an excellent dentist the incompetent unqualified person at front desk assured me it will be my last visit there.
