First I want to say Jenny is great But I’m literally in tears.. I’ve been dealing with extreme stomach pain for months. I’ve also been to many doctors including specialist. I decided to try a new doctor thinking someone different may take me and my pain seriously. I was wrong. Once I arrived I stood at the desk patiently waiting well over 7mins until I decided to just have a seat. It was still sometime after before one of the ladies even acknowledged me.If you’re looking for someone to be compassionate or have empathy Dr. Rudolph is not the doctor for you.He walks out the room into what looked like a closet then hands me a box. He asked if I had any questions I responded “can we schedule the procedure ASAP”. He then tells me his kids spring break is coming up....???He hands me off to a nurse to discuss the medication prep I need to take for the procedure.Here’s the kicker at 530pm when it was time for me to take the meds I notice the seal of the box is already broken and both bottles says DEMO ONLY and are EMPTY.I called the doctors office to tell them what happened and was told they’ve never heard of demo boxes.. My only option was to reschedule out TWO MORE WEEKS. That mean more excruciating pain. I’m so disappointed

I was brought to tears after getting my bill estimated. I was expecting to spend $5000$7500+ for a procedure I was 4 years past due for. They mentioned a payment plan for private pay and I asked if I could do something like $2500 down and Not only did Dr. Rudolph and his staff saw me quicker than any other place within 6 hours of Auburn Alabama my quoted bill was under $1300 after my first $150 appointment. I am extremely grateful to have been referred here and will be happy to finally have some answers

I am a private pay patient and was told that the initial cost would be $150 for the office visit. I paid that and was billed for $45 more. I think that is deceptive. It was explained to me when I called about the additional cost that it should have been disclosed that there could be a additional fee. It wasn’t. I would recommend asking for the full cost if using this office. I don’t like surprise billing. I think it’s wrong. Full disclosure of the cost should be given when the appointment was made. I didn’t use insurance so there should be no guesswork. Seems a little bait and switch. Not happy

My experience with this office and Dr Rudolph is the second worst experience I have had at a doctors office. I will never go back.

Great place for all your stomach problems. The staff is very courteous.
