This pharmacy is the worst. The pharmacist won't fill your meds until the exact same day you got them the month before ...no grace period at all. If I'm off work the day before he will tell me to come back tomorrow. It's crazy. This is the oy pharmacy that does this. Sometimes I have to drive all the way to Southwood just to get my meds that day so I don't have to take off work. It's like the pharmacy has a God like complex or don't like what I'm on so he dangles your life in front of you. Discrimination at its finest.

When you walk in you have greetings from Anya at the front desk and Johnny in pharmacy. Johnny is always proactive if something is not formulary or requires authorization. The kiosk check-in (or online check-in through your phone) is very convenient. Dr. Cunnannan (primary care) is very thorough. He will review your chart and follow up on the notes from any specialists and check with you (he discovered I'd missed a follow up with someone else). He celebrates your healthy successes and expresses concerns when needed. Dr. Anders (dermatology) has an amazing energy. She explains the entire process and advises how to be proactive. It is such a genuine encounter feeling cared for and comfortable even when you're getting a naked skin check. Lindi was fantastic as my LPN today. She asked a question I've never considered and will not be sure to mention-- I don't need my after visit paperwork. Save the paper! Overall, I appreciate the staff at the Newnan facility. I am excited to get the new facility and to, hopefully, not have to drive as far for specialty treatments.

I had to come back for a follow up with the nurse and she did a wonderful job. I have nothing but good to say about the staff here. They are very conscientious and really care about my health. I strongly recommend them.

First time at the Newnan location wow this amazing staff. Felt like the mom and pop locations that value customers. Everyone was so amazing all the way to the pharmacy experience. This is what great customer service feels like refreshing

I’ve been a grateful Kaiser member for over a decade. Kaiser staff have always been courteous, helpful, professional, efficient and competent. I appreciate their mind, body spirit approach. I highly recommend Kaiser Permanente for anyone looking for quality medical care.

Everyone I encountered was very nice and made me feel at ease other than the doctor I felt as if he was rushed and it made me feel very uncomfortable and as a result I didn’t ask any questions.
