Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the pharmacy. I have been a member since 2013 and never had any issues with Kaiser nor the pharmacy staff until yesterday. I started coming to the Newnan location because I had to relocate from Sugar Hill area. Rosie Williams refused to give me my prescription that the doctor released for me to pick up yesterday. Multiple people (her colleagues) tried to get her to understand that it was the correct time to pick up the medication. But however she didn’t allowed me to do so. Even after calling the Sugar Hill location, where the doctors office is to confirm it was okay she still wouldn’t. I had to drive additional 75 miles up to the Sugar Hill location to get my medication. I was able to get the medication at the Sugar Hill location. They are still wondering why she wouldn’t give me the medication. My mother missed her doctor appointment and had to pay a fee for missing the appointment. I just pray she have a better day next month when I get there.

I love the staff at the Kaiser Permanente Newnan Branch Pharmacy they always make me smile and I am not just a number. I’m sure all their members feel the same way. Great folks

This facility, Newnan, is super. Those receiving patients, lab, Joy in the pharmacy and the nurses all show care. They listen attentively and show kindness. I have seen Dr.Patel, Dr. Cunanan, and Dr.Zorba. all 3 have made me feel like I had a path to follow with issues, all options presented. I always feel like I'm on the right path leaving there with a smile. Kaiser has been my choice since 1988!

Everything about my visit was great. Im back at Kaiser after trying other health care. I couldnt be happier. The staff was courteous and prompt everything I need today was done on the spot. Im super happy
