Can’t speak to the quality of care, but Main Street Family Care does not accept Medicare or any insurance. If you are self-insured check them out.

As someone in the field who works with a variety of medical practitioners frequently, there is no one in the area that outshines Dr. Macaluso. "Dr. Mac" (as her patients call her) is impressively and extensively qualified and trained but what differentiates her from the pack is the energy, effort, and compassion she pours into each and every client. She loves her patients and they love her. Dr. Mac does remarkable work.

Dr Mac is an amazing and super sensitive doctor, she doesn't pass judgement on your past and works with you in every way possible, also her receptionist is super sweet and usually always answers the phone and any questions you may have. Dr Mac is the best!!!!

Dr macaluso saw me today with severe sciatica! She was so compassionate and got me out of pain really quick! I love her practice!!! So thankful she's right around the corner!
