Piedmont Newnan Hospital's Online Review Report Card

Took my mom for her check up for her heart. First time in new building. Nurse and doctor was fantastic. Staff super friendly. Only downfall was I was not told when I made the appointment that they relocated to the new building that was built. We went to the old location and was late to the appointment. Not easy when my mom is confined to a wheelchair and your alone and have to get her in and out of a vehicle on your own..but after the mix up the staff was very nice and helpful.

The nurses on the 5th and 6th floor are amazing and I want to thank Balinda the case manager for the compassion and care she gave my mother and working with me on finding a rehab that benefits her needs. You all are heaven sent.

if you ever get something in your eyes do not go here. got something in my eyes and had to wait over 3 hours with literally almost nobody in the lobby, they treated it like a joke and barely even looked at my eyes, I repeat pray you do not have to go to this joke of a hospital

Worst and the slowest hospital wouldn't recommend to anyone. Having someone to wait in the ER for hours in pain is absurd. Customer service is poor, you would think with a new hospital it would be better, but it is the WORST!!! May as well close the doors on Newnan Hospital. If I had the choice to give no stars thats exactly what they will get!!!

I use the doctors and staff at Peidmont hospitals alot..my entire family uses the Doctors, technicians, staff there..last year I was admitted about late September. With AFIB and heart disease..between Newnan and Atlanta I was there for about a month u think..everyone I came in contact with from nurses and doctors , technicians, the kitchen staff..all were entirely professional, but very caring..I was on the top floor..the nursing staff was amazing..I remember, have never been in a hospital. And because of covid,...but tge staff assured me I'd be fine ..and guess whay..I was where I was suppose to be and everyone treated me like family and were great...I still have heart problems and health issues, but its getting better and will probably not be %200 better with what I got, but its incredibly great to know that I have such a great second family at peidmont newnan as well to help.me through health problems...ive heard I am on way back to getting healthier...but its slow ..but I'm still happy with my progress...thanks Peidmont..I wish I could give 10 stars

Have made seversl trips by ambulance and had no choice of which hospital, i have been in field hospitals in vietnam in a tent with dirt floor the emergency room at piedmont newnan was NASTY and FILTHY, the bad part was the physicians were educated beyond their intelligence, very rude staff in the ER, dont go to piedmont newnan. Would rather go to the field hospital with firt floors and have a corpsman wotking on me than piedmont physicians

Piedmont was a great hospital to have our baby at. Labor and delivery nurses doctors and staff were all very competent and caring. We felt well taken care of and have no regrets about our stay! Thanks all. Jonathan and Carmelita

Rude and slow

Do not go here if you have covid. There's Piedmont based Drs around Newnan that will tell you to go home without meds and if you get sicker then go to the ER. Then they have the news say they're at maximum capacity when they could have prevented such to begin with. My mother who has the vaccine caught covid and was told to go home. She did and became way worse. She then said to hell with Piedmont and the vaccine and got Ivermectin from another Dr. She was 100% better 2 days later. My coworker who also had the vaccine caught covid. He went the the Piedmont ER. They placed him on a respirator and he caught an infection in his lungs. They then placed him in a coma and he developed blood clots and had a massive heart attack. We was barely into his 40s. These hospitals are killing ppl and it's plain to see bc I know 2 other ppl who've died there the same way. When hospitals get paid per covid death then expect corruption. Avoid Piedmont at all cost and go see a real Dr. The ones at Piedmont are just doing what they're told and that's not working.  I once thought very highly of these ppl and recommend them to anyone. I also once had trust in our medical advisors. Those days are gone.

Getting different direction from different doctors. Sitting for 16-18hrs waiting. Get admitted don’t see anyone for hrs no help, nothing. I would give them less than 1 if I could.
