Quianna greeted me as I came in. As she was pre-registering me she proceeded to tell me that if I had the xray done with them the cost would be X amt there vs.another facility. Quianna didn't have to go above & beyond to let me know that.

Horrible billing process. They charged $250 before my wife could get the ultrasound on 11/2. It is 11/30 and my ins co has the bill from the doctor but nothing on the $250. Did they file it with my ins co? Who knows? I now cannot get a hold of any one from the office who can answer my questions about this charge or if or when they will file. Pre billing is a terrible billing practice. Once they have your money that's the end of service.

This facility is clean and neat, the wait it not long. Staff has been very very kind and the volunteers are so sweet as well. Snacks and magazines while waiting out back to be called for mammogram. Nice white robes to wear. Just a great experience.

Quick front desk staff, and kind and qualified ultrasound and mammogram techs. Doctors that I've dealt with have been great.

The vascular ultrasound at this institution is just very poor. If you are not going to image all of the veins in the leg please just stop performing venous ultrasounds. It is ridiculous that Piedmont who knows better would allow for this to go on. There are several vascular labs in the area - Southern Vein Care, Truffles Vein Specialists (mine) or Georgia Vascular Specialists. All three have dedicated vascular imaging - anything else including the out patient radiology centers (OPI) should not be performing vascular testing.

From the front desk check in, to the volunteer, to the tech, great job ladies. A mammogram isn't the most fun thing in the world to have done. But, these ladies care about their patients, are helpful and kind and make what could be a bad experience into something not so bad. As a medical professional and patient, I would definitely recommend this facility.
