Love the people but over an hour and half wait to just get to the exam room. I haven't even seen anyone yet. They are always behind schedule at this location but this is ridiculous. Too many appointments scheduled on top of one another.

I've been seeing OrthoAtl. Going on 3 years, bad right shoulder, Fayette and now Newnan the staff at both are very attentive to your needs. I arrived @10 appointment at 10:15 was in the room by 10:05 and out of office with two injection in shoulder by 10:25....Thank you OA for always taking care of me.

The care received on my visit this week was excellent. I went in for some ongoing knee pain and was not sure what I did. I was greeted right in the door, checked in within 5-7 minutes, and called back before I could get my ppwk finished. Once in the back, my symptoms were ask and written down and off to xray I went. I was not able to see Dr.Jordan but was able to see her NP Ms.Courtney. She had a great bedside manner, listened to all my questions and concerns, and gave me an injection. The injection procedure was quick and painless. Awesome!!! I will follow in a few weeks to see if my issues have been resolved but if not we will move forward with further treatment. I will be coming back for all my ortho needs here. Thank you to all staff for my care.

This is my second visit at the Newnan location. The wait time is horrific and what is the point of appointments if you are not seen in a timely manner. My appointment was at 8:50 and I was quickly called back to the room (probably waited 5 to 8 minutes). It is going on 42 minutes and the doctor has yet been in my room. My previous visits at the Fayetteville location was always pleasant with Josh. In and out in a timely manner. Don’t know why Dr. Brckna wanted me to come here. I enjoyed going to see Josh and the care I received from him. Will NOT come to this location again. I’m about to ask the nurse when is he coming in this room because I have to go to work! Never experienced this at the Fayetteville location.

Saw Esi in Newman office yesterday..she was wonderful..been with Ortho for quite a while..front staff and everyone is great there..Highly recommend them!

I have had the best care from this Ortho group. Today I had my pre op visit and was treated with great care. Josh was very thorough and informative preparing me for my knee replacement. Shawn and Antoinette were great, efficient and friendly.

The care from the doctors and nurses has been great, but everything else has been very disappointing.I have been attempting to call them this morning, as I have been in extreme pain since 3 AM. I have left messages, and tried every available prompt on their call system since they opened at 8 AM. It is now 10 and I haven't heard from a person yet. Extremely unprofessional.

I have seen two different PAs and one of the doctors and I have had a great visit every time. I have never felt rushed or like they were not listening. They make sure you are comfortable with any kind of treatment or test.
