I have been with this office for 19 years, my kids seen Dr. Lewis Jackson. There is one nurse that’s very rude and unprofessional! Have had 2nd experience where they would not see my children. All she would say was take him to the Er. Well I was fortunate to have gotten my son into a different Dr’s office to be seen today without them telling me to take him to the ER! And they done the test in the office to see if he was dehydrated! On a previous date, my daughter was sick, called to get her seen. They would not see her. We once again ended up at a different dr office that would see her, she ended up having scarlet fever, the flu, and strep throat. But dr Jackson’s nurse told me they would Not see her. Er’s are for life/death emergencies. But this office seems to think the Er’s are for everything! I would not recommend this office.

We love this office! My son sees Dr. Jackson, and has seen him for almost 5 years now. Everyone is very personable and helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Roberts and his staff are always friendly! My husband and I made no mistake when we chose him for our son!(he also saw us both when we were children) He is very confident, has a great bedside manner, and I never question his input!

Dr. Elizabeth Mathews was confrontational, bias towards my healthcare and condescending towards my previous physician. She stated it was UNFAIR that I, as a patient, ask her questions pertaining to my healthcare. I came in for care, I left insulted and feeling worse than when I arrived. Horrible experience-- one I will not forget or encourage others to encounter. I was personally made to feel within the first 8 minutes of our introduction that she had an animosity towards men. Avoid her practice.

We LOVE Dr. Roberts and his AMAZING staff! They are ALWAYS punctual, precise, and friendly! Couldn't ask for any place better!
