Piedmont Physicians At White Oak's Online Review Report Card

Dr Matthew Roberts is an excellent doctor. His staff is kind and friendly. The service was prompt and efficient.

If you prefer having a doctor that cannot communicate and doesn’t want to know you as a person, he is the guy for you. This is the first time I have experienced being under the care of an unprofessional physician that from meeting me only once has decided not to like me I’m assuming as a person (maybe my skin tone) and be pretty rude & hostile towards me. I’ve been a patient with Piedmont physicians for over 15 years but thanks to him, I will be looking elsewhere for care.

This office is only concerned about the almighty dollar. When a patient advises them that their insurance will not pay for a second office visit or lab work in the same year, they should be willing to work with the patient. However, Dr. David Rowan and his staff will not. They will not refill a prescription without a 6 month follow up. Their reasons are sound, but lack of empathy for their patient's is appalling. Their solution is that you can pay for it out of pocket. Not everyone has the best insurance and not everyone can pay hundreds of dollars. Which is what it cost last year for the 6 month follow up. Still working to pay for imaging ordered from the yearly visit. The office is forcing me to come off my blood pressure medicine. THEY HAVE NO EMPATHY FOR THEIR PATIENTS, they say that it is me choosing to come off the medicine because I am not willing to come in for the doctor visit. That is the furthest thing from the truth, I am willing willing to come in. THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO ASSIST A PATIENT IN NEED. My eye doctor doesn't charge for a follow-up, why should the medical doctor. NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE PATIENT! Poor service is why my wife left Dr. Hatcker in the same practice. Should have known. Now I will have to go to next May for my annual exam to hopefully get back on my blood pressure medicine.

Whoever answers their phones here are rude, short, and curt with the public. On the phone you feel like you are a bother to them. The practice doesn't want to work with any of Dr. Hall-Kraft's patients, when you ask specifically for a female they give you a male. The front office and practice lack customer service skills!

The management/administration at this office is extremely unprofessional and certainly doesn't look out for the best interest of the patient. I have been coming to this office for many year seeing Dr. Shawnte Hall-Kraft, who I loved! She left the practice and when I tried to schedule an appointment to see another FEMALE doctor I was told that I would only be able to see the new MALE doctor. After explaining why I wanted to see Dr. Hacker, as a female, I was again very rudely told by the Office Manager, that I could seek healthcare at another practice if I wanted to see a female because their current female doctors wouldn't see any of Dr. Kraft's previous patients, only NEW patients. NONE of that makes any sense, but not only that, they were extremely rude and I will never step foot back in that practice again.

I am extremely pleased with the knowledge and patient care provided by Susan White. She performed my yearly physical and well woman visit, and answered all of my concerns in a very efficient and friendly manner. I feel absolutely comfortable seeing her for all of my healthcare needs.

I have been seeing PA Jeff Brown for years. He is intentional in taking his time to listen to your concerns and determining the best choice of care to follow. His nurse staff is always polite as well. I’ve seen other doctors at other facilities who are just quick and don’t think through the best course of action to address a concern and do the trial and error thing. Jeff has been spot on with every decision and treatment - from minor aches to heart palpitations along w weakness and shortness of breath.I don’t have any reason to go anywhere else unless he would refer me first. If you are needing a primary care provider he’s a great choice.

I’ve been seeing NP Susan White for years and she, and the rest of the staff are always helpful, pleasant, and professional. Highly recommend!

We moved here 13 years ago and I have been with them ever since. Have seen Jeff Brown from the start when he worked with dr Danforth. Being a military family we have seen our share of different doctors and PA’s, Jeff is the best. He takes his time, listens to you to be honest, he is perfect. Super nice staff never had a problem. Tammy at the referral office also top notch. They have become friends over the years. If you are looking for a great care and friendly staff? I would highly recommend this clinic. My whole family goes there.

Susan White NP was great. She was very understanding and listened to all my concerns. She made a plan of care that was suited to me. The office staff is very friendly. I had to wait a little longer but I'm okay with that because she took her time with me.
