This is my first time pregnancy! Very excited and eager to know all the things; however, this office is the WORST I have ever experienced as far as communication is concerned. I was referred to see a specialist for my baby’s heart based on the anatomy scan (that they failed to order at my 20 weeks and had to come back for the scan only) but no doctor or nurse reached out to me to let me know they referred me and why. Alarming to receive the call to say the least. They never answer the phone nor have they ever called back! Ever. They are continuing to use COVID as a reason to take “fewer clients” but still don’t answer during office hours. :) I had my glucose test almost 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive results. Called twice on it - still waiting on a phone call. hopefully they show up when I’m in labor, TBD! :)
Absolutely horrible!Incompetent, impossible to get in contact with, and careless with patients well being. Dr. Elizabeth Curtis is lazy and unprofessional. Start to finish a horrible experience! Go to Fayetteville or any other obgyn.
I did not like the phone etiquette I received from a girl named Brittany that answered the phone. I wanted to sch an appt because I am having complications. I was trying to express my concerns with her but she did not seem like she was having a good day. I told her this was frustrating and she said I am frustrated too. And I am like, excuse me? I cannot believe she had the nerve to say I could go to a different office than Piedmont. I hope one of the doctors sees this because they lost one person and they will lose more from lack of professionalism. I spoke to Brandy office manager which was nice but it seemed like she down played it. This girl needs to be accountable for what she said to me. I am going through a hard time right now and did not need to hear that. I will not be coming here and will let everybody know. Thankssss
First time going there! I am 20 weeks pregnant and saw a lady doctor I feel horrible for not remembering her name! The whole staff was so nice and helpful! I even got a little goodie box with some cute stuff in it for baby and me!
Dr Charles Slomka .... It's a very caring, personable, he REALLY truly cares about your health. He also has a sense of humor which makes it easier . His nurse is very pleasant as well. I will recommend them to anyone.
They have this covered! The staff was professional and nice, Dr. Moeling was very throurogh. What a good experience!
I had an amazing experience here! The staff was very friendly and the dr and nurses were very respectful and kind. I definitely recommend Dr Cole. She was amazing!
The facility itself is nice. The Drs and nurses are excellent as well. Unfortunately, the issue with this OB office is the office and clerical staff. They do not return your phone calls, they cannot directly answer your questions regarding billing, appointments, balances, etc. The communication is, at best, scattered and unprofessional. They do not cater to their patients and seem to have no regard for their patients time or feelings.
Normaly, I have a decent experience at this clinic however, this last appointment did not go as well. The doctor is great, it's just the customer service.. I had received a text reminder two days prior to my appointment, however it didn't mention anything about my prescription. So, I call the clinic the day before my appointment to ask about my prescription and if it had been sent to the pharmacy. No answer. I call again an hour later and still nobody answers. The next morning about 30 minutes before my appointment, I get a call that the prescription was sent to the pharmacy at the hospital, which is okay. I get checked in about 15 minutes before my appointment, then I have to go wait for my prescription because the pharmacy hadn't opened yet for reasons I don't know. That takes about 30 more minutes for them to get my prescription. Then I have to wait until 9:15 to be brought back, when my appointment was at 8:30 and I arrived 8:15. The tech that brings me back then goes to tell me that next time I need to pick up the prescription the day before so that we don't run into problems like this... Well, I did try to call and ask about it, but nobody answered. I know things happen and things get busy, I completely understand. Maybe just try working on better communication, customer service and organization. I don't mind picking up my own prescription, but I would at least like to be aware if its been sent in or not. At my clinic, we always send an email AND make sure to give the client a call to remind them and answer any questions they have. Its just more personal and helps communicating with the clients 100% easier.
The gynecologist himself isn’t the issue. It’s the people in the office, they never know how to answer a phone call! I’ve been trying to get my prescription, birth control, refilled for 2 days now !! And this happens every time I have to get a new prescription...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
