List of Piedmont Physicians Pediatrics At Jefferson Parkway's Reviews
Never ever answers phone!!! Currently looking for a more dependable Dr's office. Please please check your front office staff. Ridiculous!!!!!
The pediatrician my child has is great! Such a sweet lady but the office…. THEY NEVER ANSWER.. it doesn’t matter how many times you call. Only time you will get a answer is if you talk to somebody after they close. It’s the after hours person over the phone & they tell you they will send the message over but nobody else calls back from the office!
Amanda Richardson had terrible bedside manner and an awful attitude. She acted as if she hated being there and hated children. My children will never see this person again.
Dr Carter is a wonderful pediatrician
Love this doctor office
We transferred to Dr. CARTER a couple years ago. We love him. Always get same day appt. If call early morning. We went to back door and understood why. With Covid spreading, I actually felt safer when we were put right in a room.Staff is always nice and professional. Making us feel better when we leave.
Dr Kemi and Dr Carter are great. However, it takes weeks to even schedule an appointment to see them. Every time I call, it goes to a messaging system for scheduling. They never call back! I have to just keep calling and calling. Please allow online scheduling or hire someone to schedule appointments!
Dr Carter and his nurses, are great!! LOVE them. They take the BEST care of our baby. However, whoever it is that takes calls and schedules appointments over the phone are some of the most rude and unprofessional people I have encountered. If Dr. Carter wasn’t the best pediatrician, I would never tolerate that. So sad you have to be willing to be treated terribly in order to see a great pediatrician.
Dr. Carter is the best! The entire staff is awesome! Everyone is very helpful and professional. ❤️❤️
I have been taken my daughter to this doctor office since she was born, we’ve have had no problems. Until today which is 9/17/2020 appointment at 3:15pm. To a Practitioner, we got there before going in we have to make a call to the front desks stating that we have arrived for our appointment the desks receptionist ask for her name and said has she ever been here before; and ask have we been exposed to COVD-19 or have been tested in the last 14 days. I stated, No. she said the nurse will call u when the room is ready a minute later nurse called and said come to the back door, Me: back door we have never came through the back door no matter what the situation is so I ask why we have to come through the back door, nurse said because she is wheezing. Note this is not the first time we’ve been here for wheezing through the pandemic I felt disappointed, and disrespect and thought that was not professional at all, but my daughter had to get seen the nurse let us in and put us in the last room by the back door. So I ask the nurse why we have to come to the back, she stated my daughter is wheezing and they didn’t want to take that chance, we both have on well protected mask. That’s was unprofessional for them to do us like they did. It was her allergies... and and to the people that was on that shift that day God Bless.. y’all so unprofessional

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
