List of Piedmont Physicians Pediatrics At Thomas Crossroads's Reviews
I think the pediatricians and staff are nice and kind. But they should just invest more in proper caring for the babies. My baby has had this rash that first appeared around his mouth in November but has now spreaded to his cheeks, forehead, and neck. I had to take him to another pediatrician to get a diagnosis and get proper care for it. The rash is trying to clear up a little, but I’m just going to take him to see a dermatologist next week.
Extremely rude staff. Specifically a women named Angie. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
My kids have seen Dr Cheeks for 14 years and we love her! I moved an hour away from their office 8 years ago and still made the drive because of her. But since covid, this office has been utterly disappointing. We had a well check scheduled in November. When we got there, we called in and was asked the normal questions now. I told them my daughter had been occasionally sneezing for a couple of weeks due to allergies (she gets it from me). They wouldn't see us. They told me they could see us in the parking lot for a sick visit. I told them she was not sick, she had allergies and was told " we are currently not seeing sick patients"....AT A DOCTORS OFFICE!! Whatever, We rescheduled in January. She was still occasionally sneezing and me trying to be transparent, informed them again and they refused to see us, again. I understand we are in a pandemic, but occasionally sneezing for a period of months does not covid make. This week, I called and made an appointment for today. I was told 10am. I arrived at 9:40 and was told our appointment was at 9:20 and would have to reschedule. I informed them that I was told 10 am, that I live an hour away and would be willing to wait if necessary. I was dismissed like my time didn't matter and what I was told when I scheduled the appointment didn't happen and I left without my daughter being seen, again. As I stated, we've been patients for 14 years, and I've never just not shown up for our appointments. I was 20 minutes passed the time they had me down today (and 20 mins early for the time I was told), and on average wait for 20-30 mins to actually see the Dr during appointments. It's the lack of customer service for me. We will miss Dr Cheeks, but I will definitely be finding another Dr office for my kids.
We love dr Jackson, however the NP Amanda is rude and has no bedside manner and shouldn’t be seeing children. I will see my child’s pediatrician, I will never see her again. She made my child cry
BEWARE! Please watch out for the billing at this place. I was billed $583 for a well check visit and a flu shot for my 5 year old daughter. I paid amount they old me at checkout and then I got an astronomical bill in the mail. It is highway robbery. I have visited other pediatrician offices in Atlanta and have never dealt with anything like this. They lied to me at checkout.Dr. Payne has been great with my kids, but I don't care how nice someone is. It is not worth the insane billing procedures by Piedmont.
Our son, who has an Autism Spectrum Disorder, has been seeing Dr. Lewis Jackson for a number of years. Dr. Jackson does a great job with our son. His bedside manner is fabulous, he's thorough, and his office staff and nursing team are always kind and efficient. We're very thankful for Dr. Jackson.
The front desk was awesome....Dr. Jackson and his nurse are another story... awful patient care and extremely rude!! I will never go back or reccomend them to anyone!!
My wife and I just had a new born and last Thursday we made an appointment and they said if y’all need to be seen sooner call on Monday and we will fit you in. Well today (Monday) we called, our daughter has a diaper rash, needs billy Ruben checked and weight checked. The office staff tells us sorry we can look at the diaper rash but not the other stuff. They go on to say go to the hospital to get that checked. Excuse me! You want us to take her to 2 different places at 3 days old and it’s 35 degrees outside! This is not the first time we have had a problem it’s almost every single time we try and make an appointment or if our son was sick. I will never go back to this place again due to always them having an attitude and not even caring about the children that they see.
Love Dr.Jackson and Dr.Roberts!. Staff is always nice and helpful. Di tors always listen when I ask questions or express concerns. Always easy and quick to get sick appointments with either doctor.. I will always reccomend them and all the other Physicians as well.. they are all awesome!
Wonderful doctors! I can't say enough about Dr. Jackson. Whenever my kids have become sick, they always are able to get us in with someone at the practice. Once, we picked up my son from day care with a high fever, resulting in him being lathargic... very scary. They got us in and took care of him, despite it being the end of the day.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
