List of Piedmont Quickcare At Walgreens - Newnan's Reviews
My husband and I both recently saw Brandy for sick visits. During a time when the healthcare system is stretched to the max both because of the holidays and COVID, she made both of us feel like we like she really cared and that out health was important to her. She told me she would call me on Christmas Eve to make sure there wasn’t anything else I needed before heading into the holidays and she followed through even though I’m sure she was super busy.
Was seen and got tested for COVID. They said the lab is super backed up so I would get a notification on mychart if my test was positive. I checked later that afternoon and it was positive. So I called them to ask if I could get an order to get the monoclonal antibody infusion and they said one of the nurses would call me back. Well no one called so I called again around 7pm. Same story…promised someone would call me back that night. Never received a call. Called the next morning. Same story…”someone will call you back” which I clearly don’t believe anymore. I know they are swamped but don’t promise you will call someone back then don’t…
My husband and I have been to this QuickCare facility several times over the past 2 1/2 years. We have both seen Brandy and I would choose her for all of my care if I could. Not only is she knowledgeable and pleasant, the wait time is minimal (if any) and there is not a whole room full of sick people like at the doctor's office.
I made an appointment for 12:00 PM for my daughter’s sports physical. I arrived late, checking in on the kiosk at 12:20 PM. I waited patiently to be called back. Around 1:40 PM, I saw the Nurse Practitioner grab her lunch, walk by me and leave. I called the Wal-greens store number, listed Online, and got in touch with a nice lady. She said there was an open 12:30 appointment that I could have filled. The Nurse Practioner arrived back from lunch at 1:55 PM on the phone. I politely said, “Hey, I’m your 12:00 PM appointment.” The Practioner did not acknowledge me as she went into the room and closed the door behind her. At 2:00 PM she opened the door and told me her appointments were full for the day. I asked her why she didn’t call me at 12:30 PM. (She wanted to know how I knew she didn’t have a 12:30 PM appointment.) I pleaded with her to take care of my daughter’s quick physical, since we waited the entire time. She didn’t even apologize and said I couldn’t tell her a physical was quick. Her 2:00 PM appointment couldn’t wait. I left upset.I was able to get my daughter’s physical at Med Afford Express Care in Newnan. I was in and out within 10 minutes with no appointment. Don’t use Walgreens!
All the hospitals are swamped with covid cases and gave me IVs and medicine and sent me home. I was in horrible shape with severe vomiting and horrific bleeding. Piedmont Urgent Care saw I desperately needed help and took me to a room, studied my case, and did everything they could to provide some relief/answers to me. Labs were ordered, medicine was given to hold me over and they said to come back anytime I needed. That they would do everything in their power to help. Thank you Dr. Kaplan and team. I wouldn’t be stable enough to wait to see a specialist without your help. Bless your team and stay safe 💕
Good service and not a long wait. Charged $145 for a splint found for $15 on Amazon. Ask about price before they give you something their up-charge is ridiculous.
Super slow service nurses are unprofessional.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The PA did NOTHING to help me.
Filling in the paperwork on my phone was a little challenging for me!
There friendly and efficient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
