List of Piedmont Urgent Care By Wellstreet - Newnan Crossing's Reviews
I was very nervous thinking about possibly having COVID, the nurse inside very naturally calmed my nerves as if I was the first nervous patient she has dealt with that day.The only thing I would fix is the online sign-in feature. Says you start signing in as early as 6:00 a.m. but would let me start until around 7:30.
Pretty sad you try to book appt online it says none available still accepting walk ins. Try to call and no one ever answers the phones. I got dressed and there at 8:30am to be told they weren’t accepting anymore patients for the day. 4 cars in the parking lot and rather than giving updated information online or phone they have sick patients come inside to say sorry we can’t help you. And the attitude of the receptionist is “I don’t care”. She’s so busy checking patients in she can’t answer the phone. Really? Where are all these patients? Pretty disappointed since I use Piedmont for my Drs but always have to go to Peachtree Immediate Care for service outside my Drs regular hours. Got to do better Piedmont. You guys are too big to not provide services to the community. Pic for reference on how busy they were at 8:30am Dec 26, 2021.
Had the best experience! I was in and out in no time, and the staff were so pleasant. My nurse, Kelsea, was just wonderful! This will be my go-to urgent care moving forward. I cannot say enough fantastic things about this clinic!
Matthew is amazing! He is so kind and helpful.
Terrible company. Highly suggest going anywhere but her or at the summit. Honestly, choosing anything but piedmont.
Very kind and was in in timely manner would rather go there then my doctors office.
Was quick and easy. Saved my spot in line online, checked in when I got there. Everyone was super nice. It did take longer than expected, but I know they were very busy.
The staff was helpful and kind but when I called to check for wait times I was told to make an appointment. I made an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early and ended up waiting 2 hours to be seen. I was pretty frustrated to have to wait that long with an appointment.
Scheduled an appointment online. In and out in under an hour. Well organized. Entire staff was friendly. Excellent experience.
Zero Stars is what you would get if allowed! Allowing people to make appointments and then leaving them sit in their cars for two and three hours past the appointment time is just wrong. The ladies at the front check-in should realize we can see them from the parking lot when they leave us on hold until your phone system hangs up. They are more interested in chatting and looking at their phones and sipping their water bottles. Leaving parents with young children waiting in their cars for hours is awful. Stop allowing people to book appointments several days in advance. You’re an Urgent Care, not a primary care. I’ve never seen such a horrible scheduling issue with an urgent care. This has been happening daily and we’ve experienced this twice in our family. The physician may be great but the front office and scheduling are the first impressions the patients get.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
