Straightforward but patients can be offended. I understand because they get so many patients all the time but still. It’s a hospital. Service has been changed since Piedmont took over the summit urgent care. Doctors nurses PA are awesome.

The waiting in line process to get an appointment time is a 2 out of 10.Once the testing process begins the staff get a 10 out of 10.

Even though they were extremely busy, they were able to get me in and out, in a timely manner. I commend all of the staff! You all are having to work under such stressful situations right now and I appreciate you! Thank you for all that you do!

It was busy due to holiday slam. We lined up at 7 am before it opened and managed to get a covid test for us around 5pm. But once we got in they took care of us. Answered any questions we had. Was a very efficient visit. Will be returning if needed with the family.

My whole experience was one of the easiest, smoothest, and most pleasant visits I've had at an Urgent Care in a long time!! The check-in link that was texted to me was very easy to use, I took pictures of my license and insurance card and the information auto dropped into the boxes for me. I think in total I only had to answer maybe 4 questions for the whole registration packet! I arrived at my appointment way too early and after letting the young woman at the table know I was here I was able to wait in my car and got the call to come in 15 minutes before my slot!!! Nurse Abby was very sweet and personable when taking my blood pressure/pulse and Dr. Morgan came in immediately checked my lungs (was worried I had Covid) and within 5-8 minutes I was swabbed and on my way home. The MyChart feature is so convenient to get test results! In total I think my visit took 20 minutes and I was able to get Covid results in less than an hour. Thank you everyone at the Newnan clinic for your speed and kindness in all this Covid Chaos! You guys are rockstars!

The doctor took great care of me. She sensed my stubbornness with seeking help, and did her best to make sure I get the care I need. Caren Kaplan, PA-C seems to have chosen her career because she truly cares. That was so refreshing to see.
