Definitely regretting going to this practice. First of all, I have gone 3 times. I have never spoken with or seen the actual dentist at the practice. I was told I needed a deep cleaning (which I am going to get a second opinion on). I was told multiple times my insurance would cover this. As of now, my insurance won't cover this. Also, the insurance needs additional information to process the claim correctly. I have called 5 times, and they still have not provided/called the insurance to give them what they needed. On top of that, I was told I would get a routine cleaning, which they have never done.

Really miss a better day Dental! The new company and staff is not the same. They sent me a large bill and did not make me aware of it during my appointment- after I had already paid my co-pay. I called their office to discuss the bill and the call hung up! On top of the fact that I had a filling appointment and the numbing medicine did not work so I felt a large amount of pain- I told the doctor I wanted to stop and he proceeded with the filling. My family and I will not be coming back here.

Don't waste your time here. Is USED TO be a very friendly professional place. Now, they charge you for things you dont want or need and do not tell you. They are all about money not your care. All 5 of us are moving to a better dentist that cares about your teeth not your wallet!

Better Day Dental should be renamed Gentle Day Dental. I never liked going to dental appointments until I joined this group. The staff is awesome! I feel safe and appreciated.

Top notch people. From the Front Desk to Dr. Smaltz and the Hygienists inbetween. Knowledgeable is an understatement. Highly recommended.

Fabulous staff throughout the practice, always great conversation with Katlyn while I’m in the chair, and guaranteed to have at least one laugh with Dr. Smaltz every time. I totally recommend A Better Day Dental to anyone looking for a new (or better!) dentist. 😊

The entire team makes every appointment easy and comfortable, from the time you are greeted at the door until your dental appointment is finished. The practice is Five Star - office, equipment, safety, staff and the dental team. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
