I wish I could give this business a negative score! Called my insurance company to verify they were in network. Was very happy to find out they were and also listed as an Employee Assistance Program participant. Which was a bonus and not at all expected. Tried to make an appointment for couples counseling and was told (in a very rude tone) that they do not accept insurance for couples due to that particular service having a higher rate than everything else. So if I wanted help, I would have to pay full rate. Even though I have insurance! There was no care or concern in her voice. People are suffering out here for various reasons and it’s a shame that so called mental health advocates are so disconnected. No empathy for people. Your policy is what it is but the lack of care, and disregard for the state of mind is sad. You don’t know what it takes for a person or couple to make that first step/call for help, and to be reduced to a dollar sign was disgusting. I can afford to pay the fee, however I’m not sure what type of help I would get from a place like this. No thank you, moving on to the next option. Please believe this is not the only recourse for my complaint either.

Adrienne is a consummate professional in everything she does. She approaches challenges with possible solutions, and does not view them as hindrances, or barriers. She has a warm and inviting personality, and always sees the proverbial glass as half full. Her dedication to detail, and her unwavering support of others is exceptional. Adrienne has a strong command of her field of expertise (mental health) and demonstrates a level of compassion and concern for others that is almost a rarity these days. Adrienne's enthusiasm for her field is clear to all who engage her in conversation. A balanced individual, I strongly, and highly recommend her to anyone in need of a highly qualified, competent counselor.
