I’ve only been seeing Mona for a few weeks but I’m impressed. I have a hard time opening up but talking with her i feel safe, and it does not feel forced! She tells the hard truths while keeping empathy in mind, which is something I appreciate. She’s really helped me discover some things about myself as well as provide practical measures for learning how to manage my overthinking. I'm really grateful and I can’t wait to continue sessions and become the best version of myself.
