Getting a person to answer the phone or respond via text message which the voicemail clearly prompts you to do that if you can get a voicemail in because it’s more often than not full of messages I complain to the office manager multiple times, and she makes excuses for the slackers. I feel so discriminated by this office it’s unbelievable it’s 2023 already stop discriminating against people you get funds to do a job to help people, so why don’t you help him pick up the phone and stop being slackers! This is coming from a history of three years of trying to use this facility

If I could give 100 stars, I would!!! we have been seeing Dr. Amita Sampath for the past three years for our children in Casmo Health Care. She has always been there for us, when one of our children gets sick she is always the first person coming into our mind. She always responds to our phone calls and text messages even in the middle of the night. She always calls to check in on our children if one of them is sick. Thank you Cosmo Health Care, and Dr. Amita Samphat.

I came when Dr Kim was still here. I would give him a billion stars if I could. I got Dr. Cooper. Obviously you can tell he has never not had insurance. The rudeness & irritation he had because my seizures haven’t been monitored when I JUST got insurance. “People who don’t have insurance still have stuff monitored” BY WHO? obviously he has never sat at home praying an illness will go anyway because you don’t have a spare $1200 sitting around. He was rude & he didn’t change his tone until after I confronted him about being so aggressive. So sad for this place because Dr. Kim would NEVER treat a patient the way I was just treated. 5 stars is now gone to 1.

It's not like it used to be . You need to make a appointment they don't accept walk inn. You also need a cov19 test for for Avery Situation. If you have a infection at your feet toe you need a cov19 test for example. They whant to charge your insurance for the testing.

Dr. SAMPATH is a blessing to have as a pediatrician for my son. We found her when we 1st moved to Georgia 5 years ago. He is now 13 and I would not want him to go to anyone else. She really has provided comfort, compassion and knowledge to us with all concerns we have had and even given professional and motherly advice when the pandemic hit. Thank you for all that you do!
