Golden Steps Aba: Aba Therapy In Norcross, Georgia's Online Review Report Card

They had me waiting for in home aba therapy for about 2 years when they told me there is no waiting list this lady Marlene Nevers answers the phone. They also send a girl to work with my daughter she was always late or making excuses not to come or simply disappear she woul como 3 4 hours late or not come at all it was like a game for her that lasted 3 weeks only back on 2023 in October until know still waiting I have been calling Marlene and left messages that have never been answered back. This really upsets me because my daughter really needs the therapy and they have charged the insurance for assessments but she never got the service. I need to get in contact with her insurance to see what they have changed for and to see if is correct too. I wouldn't trust this people.

The Golden Steps Norcross is a great ABA Clinic! The Director, Carlton , is friendly and professional. The BCBA and my daughter’s RBT , Chenzie and Lily, are giving my daughter top level ABA Therapy which has been helping my daughter’s development growth :D! The Norcross Team is like a family and they treat their kiddos like family!

If you are looking for ABA therapy this has been by far the worst experience I have had with Golden Steps ABA. The staff is clueless about ABA therapy… I had three different technicians and one worst than the other.. first one stops in the middle of a walk to do her notes while my child eloped .. second was going against what his treatment plan and just having my son sit on her lap while she was on her phone.. third person was a guy who literally tried to hit on me as a single mom and sat on my dinner table and hung out at my balcony .. my son was at his room the whole time.. I asked him if he was here do therapy.. he said usually the problem is never with the child it’s usually the parent and I’m just here to observe 😡😡😡 even though his job was to actually provide ABA therapy to my son!!! I give them 0 out of ten! They are literally the worst ABA company :(

I work at one of the schools in Mount Juliet that Golden Steps ABA helps with and let me tell you how AMAZING this company is. They are great at what they do and they’re staff is the best. I’ve watched Sarah Onan work beautifully with her employees and help them do the best they can with their clients. I’ve seen Ashley Fraize do so much for her client at our school as well. They are both so kind, patient, and caring. I couldn’t ask for better women helping our students. I’ve seen our students grow SO much since they’ve been working with Golden Steps.

Finding this company has been the best thing to have ever happened to my family. In only a few months my child has gone from only say two to three word sentences to six and seven word sentences. He loves the therapist, and it has been wonderful to see how much he has grown and learned. I really can't say enough about this company. They are truly fantastic and easy to work with.
