Little Pearls Pediatric Dentistry's Online Review Report Card

Wasted my time coming I forgot my son had a cleaning back in October D they allowed me to book the appointment ! I get to the office to fill out paperwork and that’s when I was told the visit wouldn’t be covered . It was a waste of time. Had they looked up his info when I initially booked we would have wasted time coming .

I have been coming to Little Pearls for years. And I hate some of the 1 star reviews because we do not have any complaints. I wished you all have the same experience as me because we have always be treated fairly and we all have been understanding of each other. I haven’t had no long wait times and never felt like I was in the blind of any thing. The staff has always been nice, even the new girls. I appreciate them over the years for being a part of my son’s care team!

Short: DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTING YOUR TIME!! Long: Our experience started with my daughter’s first appointment earlier this year. Their office is about 30 minutes from our house which is no problem. We were actively on the way to her first appointment when I get a phone call from the dental office. I pick up and they say they need her insurance information for the appointment. I informed them that I was on the way and could provide the information when I got there. They insisted that I needed to give them the information right then and there. So I pull over get the insurance information out give them the information this whole interaction ends up taking 15 mins. Now we are going to be late to the appointment. I asked to reschedule so we do for the following Monday. Slightly irritating but not terrible. We get to her appointment on Monday the staff was great the dentist was great she diagnosed a couple cavities from extended breastfeeding. My daughter is 2 so they said she needs to go under anesthesia in order to get these cavities filled. Okay fine their anesthesiologist is only in once per month. My husband wanted to get a second opinion so we went and got one done. I call back to schedule an appointment to have her cavities filled while under anesthesia. Over MULTIPLE phone calls I finally get a day when the anesthesiologist will be in, the cost of all of this, and she contacted our insurance to see if they would cover the anesthesia. We wait a month for this appointment. I call the day before to make sure everything is good to go. The lady who answers says that she is in charge of scheduling appointments with the anesthesiologist and they won’t be in tomorrow so I couldn’t have possibly scheduled an appointment to have her cavities filled because I didn’t speak with her. I explained everything as I did above and said how did I get this information if I didn’t talk to the right person? Her response was I don’t know who you talked to but I’m the only one who schedules these types of appointments and you didn’t speak with me and the anesthesiologist will not be in tomorrow but we can still try and fill your daughters cavities. We discuss this option just to come down to if my daughter will not cooperate they won’t be able to do the fillings but will still charge us for them. Um no thanks she is two she more than likely will not sit still while you drill into her teeth. Anyways the lady said she would call me back with information for the next time their anesthesiologist would be in so we could schedule ANOTHER appointment. Never got a call back, never heard from them again. To end this really long review don’t go here unless you want to waste your time. I was extremely disappointed with the service here but specifically from the lady’s who set up appointments. Either they don’t know what they are doing or they suck at their jobs or maybe both either way it’s unfortunate because the dentist and the dental assistants were amazing.

The staff is kind and friendly. My son's dentist was patient and made sure I didn't leave with any questions and that I understood my next steps for my toddler. The kindness I was shown is unmatched and I love the fact she doesn't sugar coat. The dentist really cares about her patients and you can tell. Thank you for all the encouragement and the gentle care you showed my toddler. As this was a difficult first trip for him however, everyone made sure he was comfortable and his needs were met.

Love it here all staff extremely attentive and friendly. Each visit is a pleasure

I want to share my experience at Little pearls which has been by far the best dental experience I’ve had after suffering in pain for over 2 months my pain reached a point where I was no longer able to manage it and I came to little pearls and was greeted kindly by the front desk staff. The doctor and assistants are super patient and understanding, radiographs were quick and all options of treatment were explained to me and all the different options I had to be able to revolve my tooth pain. The treatment I got went amazing and I have no pain in the tooth. I’m super thankful for the dentist and the assistant for the amazing experience and allowing me a pain free experience.

The staff is some of God’s favorite people. They are very nice and gentle with the children. They even love the bad kids too.

Best place in the whole GA to take your children. Very accommodating. The staff is nice and very professional and the building is very cleaning ever time. Every experience has most def be a 10 out of 10 for me and family.
