They doctor was really nice and some of the staff was. I am ashamed to say I don't remember the name of the phlebotomist who drew me, but she had these pretty orange dreads and was just amazing! When the front clerks told me they had no charger, she brought me to where it was. Because of her and the doctor is why I am giving 5 stars!. Also the doctor was Jamaican, a rarity to see one of my own.

Hello. I don’t usually give reviews however, I have to say Nova was very professional and thorough. There may be some wait time depending on when you go because they do walk-ins only. The staff was great! Especially Mrs. Dorlene, she’s a gem 💎

The guy at the front desk is super friendly, and the whole staff seems to be thorough and moves quickly. Was in and out in under a half hour.
