Worst experience here both the physciatrist and the big girl upfront have a horrible attitude. Stay away from this pill mill

Had an unfortunate experience here. Enjoyed my therapist for two sessions. I had a third that fell during a time I would normally have an open schedule but had received a work call. Even though I am on a work call I still sign in to my virtual appointment to notify my therapist and they state no problem and to join when I can. I had stated I would join in 15 mins or so when the work call ended. In the next 10-15 minutes I receive calls from the office now asking when I plan to get on - I tell the office the same thing I told my therapist and that I had communicated this with my therapist prior to them calling - they would Not let it go and were insistent on continuing on about how I needed to basically log on in that exact moment - I am still on a work call and people at my job are asking me questions I need to answer and have already communicated now to both my therapist and the office I would be on so I have no idea why they are continuing to be so insistent. I asked why they were insistent I logged on now and stated that a session was a full hour. I had already received a email receipt for the full hour prior to the appointment beginning. When my work call ended and I was able to log in to my virtual appointment it was 5 minutes after what I had told my therapist and the office - nobody ever answered and I still had over half of a session. When I called the manager to discuss this they made several misrepresentations about the billing process. Rather than simply apologizing the matter was escalating to the point where I said I know you are making misrepresentations and I do not want to argue the facts - all I wanted to do was communicate that I was charged for something I paid for and did not receive even though I communicated multiple times I would be late. Needless to say I canceled my future appointments and just feel like that’s a bummer when it could have been different.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Smith and her practice. It genuinely feels like she cares about my mental health and me as a person. Her staff is always polite and responsive, I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Pinnacle. Dr. Smith is great. She’s helping me to find the right medications and proper dosages. She takes her time when increasing dosages and follows up regularly to see how your medication‘s are working. The therapist I am talking to (Elizabeth) I have seen three or four times and have already been able to make some positive changes in my life. Finding Pinnacle has changed my life for the better. I needed a place that had in person counseling as well as Saturday hours. This flexibility helps me continue to work on my mental health without affecting my work schedule.

Dr. Smith is very understanding and very polite and shes a good Dr. With therapy and she does except no for an answer awesome she is.
