This is the most unprofessional medical practice. You can’t get in touch with anyone, no one returns calls no matter how important they are. I waited several weeks for someone to call me back to schedule an appointment. Yes, you read that correctly, several weeks just to get a call back. Which by the way, the main receptionist never called back. I ended up calling back and still couldn’t get an appointment. Needless to say, I wouldn’t be visiting this practice.

Dr Dronavalli is an excellent 5 star MD. Our entire family has been going to him for over 35 years. He has always been accurate and quick with his diagnosis. Taking just a few visits to figure out your health issues and getting a game plan together. He goes out of his way to help, over and above what the normal doctor would do. He calls you personally on your lab results. His appointments are on time, no waiting for 30 minutes to be seen when put in a room. He is professional and gets right to work when he walks in the room by asking direct very good health questions. If you need help getting better, he is a must see Internist doctor specializing in arthritic conditions. Give him a call today to schedule an appointment. You will not be disappointed.

I have been a patient of Dr.D since 2000. I was dx’ed with lupus in 1998 and had been seeing another Rheumy. This Rheumy had decided he was going to keep the dx of lupus off of my charts in order to prevent any insurance issues with a pre-existing conditions. After seeing him for a year, he finally put in the red mark of shame in the medical records, then proceeded to tell my now 19 year old self that I didn’t have lupus, that I was just depressed! I was so angry and confused, how does depression change your blood counts, I took my records, stormed out of the office, and swore to never see another rheumatologist. A year later, my eye dr gave me a stern lecture about not being seen and recommended the dr his wife used, enter dr. D. At first, I was unsure, it was very obvious he knew his stuff, but I didn’t know about his bedside manner. I was still young, and I am very much a people person who likes to chat. When he comes into the room, he likes to immediately go to the charts, ask and record his questions. He does sometimes seem like he is in a hurry, sometimes he talks over you, but I don’t think it’s bc he is being dismissive, I think he gets in the grove, or in his zone, while he is charting. Once he is done with that and he does the physical exam, he relaxes more and will joke around and you can have actual conversation. When I finally got married, and when I bring hubby with me to an exam, dr d. Loves to give hubby a hard time. If I ever have any questions, he personally calls back. I’ve gotten calls regarding lab work at 7:00 at night and saturdays. One Sunday I accidentally buttcalled the office number, I saw it and thought I had disconnected it in time. 10 mins later he calls me back, and he knew it was me, I didn’t have to tell him who it was that had made the oopsie. So I sure you can tell, I love this man, it took a couple 2-3 years to understand how he works, but he is a darn good doctor, he cares for his patients, the staff is great (and has had the same staff for YEARS! Which I love, most Drs rotate staff more often that you should be rotating your tires) and his wife works in the office, and she is a sweetheart. I would recommend him to anyone, and give him a while, if you don’t love him immediately, you will. He is a great dr. Of course, always get a second opinion if you are uncomfortable with any diagnosis from any doctor.

I love my Dr. DR. Dronavalli is very thorough and I like the time he spends and listens to the patient.

After firing three other so-called RA "doctors" because they were terrible, I was referred to Dr. D. a few years ago and liked him from the first day. He's a no nonsense doctor and tells you like it is. I appreciate this fact. His staff is professional, friendly and kind.

I've been a patient here for over a decade. He takes care of everything a gp would as well as my RA & Lupus. Saves me money every chance he can! It's not his fault there's no biosimilars available in the U.S. for either Humira or Enbrel. Both manufacturers are price gouging all autoimmune sufferers thanks to an Obamacare clause! I dread the day when Dr. Dronavalli retires!!

Dr Dronavalli is an awesome Dr. We've been going to him for 30 years. He has always been spot on with his diagnosis and has gone out of his way to help us, over and above what the normal doctor would do, helping us and our family members. After living in Snellville 30 years, we moved to SC a year ago. We drive almost 3 hours to remain patients of his. He is not only our doctor but also our friend. 😊

He came here from Emory with a speciality in arthritis. Best they had the supervisor at Emory said. Been very pleased. Has taken care of our family since he came in the 1980's.
