I love her. Dr.Ross cares about her patients.

I have not had such a thorough medical exam in years!

The one star is being very gratuitous….. if you like waiting in the office 3+ hours just for a regular visit/ getting paper work signed a released then this is the place for you. No one here cares about your time, very unprofessional especially when it comes to the importance of what is needed from her on her end. 10 out of 10 I wouldn’t recommend the doctor nor any of the staff.

She was rude, and unprofessional. She was always rushing and all over the place. She never called me back for my results or contact my surgeon like she said she would. She made me miss my surgery date! I will never go back to her again! Waste my time & money!

After a 2 hour wait the person who has a medical degree who names herself Rhonda Ross, MD entered the room and did not even introduce herself. Not so disturbing was her lack of tact. What WAS disturbing was her lack of care and concern for my health. I had overheard MULTIPLE conversations from staff and Dr Ross and patients as they exited and entered with COVID symptoms and then had confirmation of a COVID. Ms Ross (she needs not be called a Dr) entered my treatment room with NO MASK. Approached me (very closely) and was visibly bothered and inpatient with the fact that I was vocal about her lack of basic medical protocol of WEARING A MASK WHEN YOU ARE A HUMAN AND INSIDE OF A BUILDING AND ESPECIALLY IN A MEDICAL ENVIRONMENT AND SURROUNDED BY COVID INFECTED PATIENTS. She told me, and I quote: “Oh, just sit down; I’ll put a mask on.” … all while rolling her eyes. I DO NOT recommend her! She needs to work at the DMV.

This place is very unprofessional. They will not refill prescriptions unless you come into the office (to run up your insurance). Appointments take nearly 5+ hours for a simple check up. Concerns are never addressed, staff is unprofessional. Their medical decisions are questionable. Dr. Ross prescribed my loved one a medication that was not needed and caused more harm than good. After being on this medication for years, I finally got a second opinion and was told that my loved one should not have been placed on that medication in the first place. I would not recommend anyone to come here...I could go on and on.

I love this office! The staff is professional and attentive. I've enjoyed my visits there.

Where do I began..As I read the other reviews believe me they're not lying literally..I can't for the life of me understand how this place is still up and running..it's very unprofessional..you can have an appointment and be on time..for what!!! I had a 2:45 appointment..when I was call in the back to take vitals sign..okay so what..when the young lady took me in another room to wait it was at least 4 people waiting..one girl mention that she was there until 10:45..3 hours later and still not seen..she walk out after 3 hours..I walk out after 3 hours as well..the office close at 5pm.but here after 5pm and you got 5 patience that is in front of me and here it's going on 5:30 no way!!. Then you want to do a virtual call after 7pm..girl bye.. You don't answer calls..you don't get in touch with others Doctor we need to..it just not cool..

Dr. Ross saved my life. She is extremely professional, and will detect any symptoms omitted by other physicians. Thanks Dr Ross
