My experience with Southside Medical Center at Norcross has been stressful on several occasions. About two weeks ago I was unable to get a simple flu shot that I made an appointment for ahead of time. Now my daughter keeps having trouble getting her medication that she needed last week because the doctor was on vacation and they have still not made the medication available for my daughter. As a single working mother I don’t have time for the run around. I would love to be able to get our medical needs taken care of as needed.

It’s my first time at the SMC Norcross office and it was a great experience overall. The staff at the front desk were all pleasant and helpful. I was scheduled to meet with NP Wilson and was seen quickly after checking in. NP Wilson was friendly, thorough and detailed in discussing my medical concerns. I had a follow up telemedicine appt. and she provided me with additional information and resources to address my condition. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone seeking excellent, professional and courteous care.

Front desk is always horrible, they are rude and have no customer service, that is very crucial because all patients must go thru the front desk b!tches first and they lazy and uncaring. They arguing with patients like it’s their house.

I have had one of the best experiences to date with Midwife Kelly. She is so knowledgeable and friendly. If you are looking for a caring provider for your women’s health or pregnancy, please see Kelly at the Norcross office. She is the best!!
