Sujatha Lingatlu's Online Review Report Card

Today, I was in Dr. Sujatha Lingatlu, MD, Mathis Airport Parkway, Suwanee, GA 30024. Appointment 9:00 AM December 3. Doctor prescribed medicine at 10:00 am but the person who fax the prescription to pharmacy never called or send prescribed prescription to pharmacy until 1:10 pm. Why they are negligent. I need urgent attention or help to this matter. No problem with Doctor only problem with front desk staff. I am very sorry, I left paper proscription believing easy and faster service but it was just opposite happened.

I would have not even given North Georgia Clinic 1 star if that was an option. I have received an invoice from lab Corp which should be covered by my insurance. Lady from my insurance company called Nina Seth (their office manager) 3 times to no use. I had to personally go in to their office and complain, again another email was sent to Nina Seth but no action was taken. I reached out to the dr. She is good and she took care of one of the invoices, but the invoice with labcorp is still an issue. They need to resend the new code to labcorp. I have called multiple times to get this issue sorted. They stated that it has been faxed, after a week when I check with labcorp I find out they have not received any fax. I am struggling to get my issue sorted! It is extremely frustrating!!!

I have not met or spoken the doctor so my views are strictly on the scheduling practice of this clinic and not the doctor herself. We tried calling this doctor or practice for an appointment as a new patient. Called the first time and they transferred us to emergency instead of appointments. The emergency line told us it was a mistake and asked us to call back again for an appointment. We call back again only to be told that we are on ly allowed to call the office only once a day and that they will not attend to us today and we have to call them tomorrow even for just an appointment. I have lived in this country 20 years and this is the first time I am facing an excuse as lame as this.

Staff at the clinic is professional, always ready to help. Dr. Sujatha is a very understanding, awsome physician. She explains about the illness in detail, answers questions patiently. Have had very good experience with everyone at the clinic so far.

I have been a patient of Dr Sujatha for the18 years, she is a very good doctor. she takes care of her patients with passion, very detailed, her follow with patiens is execllen. as a matter of fact, I her introuced my family to her clinic, my mother, husband and sister are all her patient. I highly recommend her .

My wife and I both appreciate the prompt and thorough service we receive from Dr. Sujatha Lingatlu and her staff. She will take time to LISTEN to our medical concerns and will address any issues we have. I recently had my annual physical. Her staff explained what they were doing and why they were doing what they were doing. We want to give special acknowledgement to Mary on Dr. Lingatlu's staff. She consistantly answers questions and/or relays the questions to Dr. Lingatlu for a answer in a very timely fashion. Thank Dr. Lingatlu and her staff for doing a great job!

At the outset I want you to know that I am happy to be a patient of Dr. Sujatha . The first impression is a lasting one . When I walked into the clinic on 1-7-2020, felt very happy about the warm and cordial relation between the staff and patients . After the formality of filling up the form , I was not made to wait. I love this practice. Dr. Su is so compassionate and easy to talk to. She always has a positive attitude and I love having her as my doctor. Staff is very pleasant and always willing to help out.

Good experiences during my visits with Dr. Lingatlu. I'd recommend her to anyone.
