Tima Williams's Online Review Report Card

I have been with this doc for at least 5 years and just had a appt and is the first time she seemed to care no major issues so that was ok ,but i missed a apt after my yearly appt for health reasons and was out of my medicine ,and took 2 weeks to get a hold of her to make another appt before i could get the refills ,because of the hours she keeps ect.,and when you get a hold of the secretary and leave a message ,you get no call back ,I was given a referral a nutritionist 4 months ago and the referral still has not gone through as of today

Dr. Williams has been my PCP, for over 8+ years. I've always enjoyed coming to a doctor that understands my body chemistry. If I happen to have any concerns she always provide alternative suggestions even if it's the smallest things I'm concerned about. The staff has always been patient and nice and if I have questions, they give me accurate answers, or ask Dr. Williams for the correct answer. I've recently went in for my yearly and it was a little busy. However, I was still seen very quickly and was given directions to the other parts of the Georgia clinic for the rest of my test. I wish I could give more stars because Tina Williams, is an awesome PCP!

She saved my life I have Prostate Cancer my numbers were very HIGH now they are so low and I'm in great health because of her. Thank GOD for Dr. Williams..

It's been a great place for me medicine takes time. I do not want my Doctor to rush my health or whatever is wrong with me.

Extremely slow. Expect visit to last more than an hr for just 5 minutes of meeting with the doctor. Also the place is very unprofessional. There are better options out there if you value your time.

Tina Williams office was Very unprofessional and unorganized. If you can afford somewhere else do not go here. Took over an hour from my appt time to be seen. I got a lab test and didn’t hear back from them for over a week. I had to call them to find out any info. When I called back they pretty much said they couldn’t find my records at the moment and they will give me a call when they find it. I ended up going somewhere else and got my results back within 24 hrs. Still haven’t heard back from Georgia Clinic/Tina Williams office. Just don’t go here smh

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was told to fast for my appointment so I could get bloodwork done. The staff did not inform me or anyone else showing up on time for our appointments that the office was running over an hour and a half behind (it was not even noon yet). The staff was extremely rude the entire time and acted like I was the one inconveniencing them when I kept inquiring about being seen and stating that I had been fasting and was feeling light-headed and sick. When I finally did get seen an hour and 45 minutes after my appointment time (I should have just left but I kept getting lied to and told I was about to be seen) the technician taking my blood pressure took a phone call and completely ignored me for several additional minutes in the middle of our interaction. The doctor was nice enough but she didn't seem concerned at all about the massive backup out in the waiting room or that I had been there for over two hours by the time she saw me. I was at the clinic for over 4 hours for something that should have taken less than 2 hours max. You could not PAY ME to go back here.

I was simply deviated. After waiting 2 hours to be seen the Dr walks in and ask where is my mask, nothing more, where is your mask. Remind you I checked in, I sat in the waiting area 1 hour 15 mins. Before getting my weight and temp and blood pressure. Never once, not a perimeter in the waiting area, nor the receptionist or nursing assistant, ever mentioned nor were they wearing mask. No posting on any doors from what I observed were masking still being worn. I haven’t personally been asked To wear a mask in over 2 months and today is 6/21/22. Long story short, my reason for the appointment along with a question about my back was nose bleeds. But of course we didn’t get that far. How was DR TINA WILLIAMS going to perform any physical observation of me with a mask on my face. Dr Tina Williams.was rude, nothing I ever experienced from a doctor. Heck no one even asked about a vaccine. If I had shots or not. This office is ridiculous what doctors office only have the doctor requesting mask. Never ever again she can keep her shabby Chic office.

I totally agree with Tracy Allen----The staff is not competent and all the services rendered after seeing Dr Tina Williams is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PRESCRIPTION REFILLED AND I JUST HAD A TOTAL PHYSICAL 6/2021...THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE....AND WHEN THEY DO ANSWER THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD AND DISCONNECTED!!!!!!!!!!I'M LEAVING THIS DOCTOR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU NEED YOUR MEDICINE IMMEDIATELY DON'T BE A PATIENT OF THIS OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!!

This lady is the absolute WORST! I have never in my 30 years of living had a doctor like her! From the way she communicates to her demeanor. She needs to retire!
