List of Vital Smiles Of Norcross's Reviews
I’ve been going to the Norcross office since my kids were babies and they’re now 14. Dr. Patel is great with my kids and I am really picking about my kids only seeing him. I have no issues going there.
I love this office. Betsy is super cool and nice. Give her a raise. They were very professional and quick. Super friendly staff and made my kids experience awesome. 10/10!
Giving this place 1 star is generous. I’ve been here multiple times, and the only consistent thing about this office is how poorly it’s run. The wait times are ridiculous. Expect to sit there far past your appointment time with no updates or respect for your schedule. Trying to contact the office is just as bad. Calls go straight to an automated system, and no one ever answers. I even asked them to update my contact number, and they still call the wrong one, making it difficult to confirm appointments. The quality of care is even more concerning. Cleanings are done aggressively to the point of being uncomfortable, and when coming in for a filling, there is always an issue. During one procedure, I clearly said I was still in pain, and instead of addressing it, I was told, “It’s been 20 minutes, there’s no way you still feel it,” and was instructed to “stay still.” That’s not just dismissive ,it’s unacceptable. The front desk experience doesn’t help either. Staff, especially Betzie, were rude, dismissive and unprofessional. When I brought up tooth pain to the dentist who were attending to me , my concerns were brushed off without a proper evaluation. I was told everything “looked fine” and to floss more or use sensitive toothpaste—no real explanation, no effort to investigate further. The exam felt rushed, and I even overheard one of the front staff mentioning my insurance in an unprofessional way. At no point did I feel like a patient who mattered. Just someone they were trying to get in and out as quickly as possible. This place just lacks communication, has poor organization, and dismissive attitude. I would never recomend this to anyone.
Extremely long wait times phone line is now Ai and almost impossible to speak to a live person and when it does ring for a live person it goes to voicemail unprofessional and disrespectful staff at the office with no concern for their patients and their families
Dear parents, If you love yourself and your kids and respect your time stay away from this place and go where you are valued. This serves as a warning to avoid future regrets if you must see for yourself go ahead and don't forget to thank me later. There's no reason to have 10 or more families all waiting in the waiting room to be seen if appointment times are truly being followed unless you're not scheduling efficiently.
This clinic overbooks appointments which causes long delays and appointments not being honored they'll literally call five kids at once pile them up in the back take weight of each kid xray of each kid, and make you wait for a hygienist. Then you gotta wait again for a dentist check totally unacceptable. Lastly their staff from the front desk to their dentist are totally unprofessional. I'm changing dentists asap. we're paying you guys. This is a disservice. APPRECIATE OUR BUSINESS OR YOU'LL LOSE A LOT OF CUSTOMERS. Have a nice life!
This is the worst pediatric dentist in Gwinnett County save yourself and don't bring your children here. I've been coming here since 2019 when my oldest was 1 and they've gone downhill. I've had enough and removing all 4 of my children from their dental care. They don't honor appointment times they keep you in waiting room for an hour then another hour in the back between xrays and waiting for treatment. They're run by a bunch of little kids literally like in college or fresh out of college. Then the Dentist Tara Brooks is very rude and disrespectful she doesn't even greet you when she's doing the final check on your child and rudely walks away when she's done inspecting. No "everything is ok or there's cavities or have a nice day you're all set" too much arrogance I'm done with them All future parents you've been warned current parents already know what's going on just read the reviews
Aquí nunca contestan muy mala atención no las recomiendo y aparte asen muy mal su trabajo dental
I recently visited this dental clinic and was impressed by the overall service. The reception staff was polite and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long. The dentist was very skilled and gentle, making the entire procedure comfortable. They explained aftercare clearly as well. The environment was hygienic and well-maintained. It’s a trustworthy place for dental treatment, and I’ll definitely be returning for future checkups.
This was horrible my appointment was at 9:15am and they took an hour to call my name. Not only that when it was time to clean my teeth all they was doing was talking instead of getting their job done this was so horrible. Front desk too

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
