Everything was great except for not being able to make my yearly appointment. These days we have so much going on and I only visit the eye doctor once a year so I might forget to call and make my appointment a year later. I have been a patient for many many years and this didn’t make sense to me the the young lady at check out was like “No big deal”. Well when you get to my age it is a big deal!! Update: Dr. Chen personally called me... "I feel special" -- and understood why I felt the way I did... He has always communicated well with me and that is the main reason I continue to go to his practice. I feel valued. Thanks again Dr. Chen. The assistant who did all of the pre-work testing or exams were excellent...

Dr. Chen and his staff we super. I was able to get in and out quickly and have everything taken care of. When the pharmacy called them back to let them know the eye drops he prescribed were not covered by my insurance, he was able to make the changes and save me a lot.

Restored my right eye to 20/20 with cataract surgery 2 years ago.

Save your time and money and find a better provider. This doctor will over charge you and not even give you a proper eye exam and a thorough explanation during my visit. Since when doctors gets rude and mad at their patients for having questions and concerns about their health??

The staff are very professional and helpful, Dr. Chen is very patient listening to me and explaining in details as what treatment he would perform to solve my dry eye problems. Overall I am pleased with my visit.
