Andrew B. Reisman's Online Review Report Card

I have been Dr. Reisman’s patient since about 20056. I like him and I feel we connect very well on a patientdoctor basis. It’s hard to find a doctor who can do that it takes time and a doctor willing to do it so I’m going to stay with him as long as he’ll keep treating me.

Weve learned to schedule the 1st appointment of the day of we dont want a lengthy wait but hes worth the wait when we need to see our primary care physician.

Honestly he is incomparable to any doctor. Dr. Riesman will actually listen to what you have to say. And then try and find a solution to your problem. No issues.As to the gentleman who has an issue with the staff. They are humble and kind.

Dr. Reisman is a good doctor. However the office staff at this Longstreet Clinic in Oakwood is absolutely horrible If you call you cant EVER reach a live person except for the operator who simply transfers your call to a voicemail loop which eventually requires you to leave a message. When you call for a prescription refill you have to leave name date of birth and phone number you dont EVER get a live person. Then they call back eventually. I had to leave a message four or five times because they couldnt get my Rx correct. After the fith call the Rx was STILL wrong. So I went in with my correct Rx information in writing dosage request for 90 day script to be sent to Caremark as required by my insurance plan etc. and asked to speak with the nurse who handles the prescriptions. I was told I couldnt speak with her but they would give her my written documents for my scripts. After leaving the correct information for all of my prescriptions IN WRITING the prescription sent to Caremark was STILL wrong and not all of them were submitted. The last time I went in to see Dr. Reisman I waited over two hours to be called back to the exam room. It was another 20 minutes or so before I actually saw the doctor. He explained that his first appointment that day had been scheduled for 10 minutes even though it was a physical which takes at least 30 minutes. His second appointment for that day was also for only 10 minutes and was also for a physical. So the delay for all of the rest of his patients for the entire day was due to poor performance of his staff again. The day after I had this appointment I was sent a message on the Longstreet portal that I neglected to order additional blood tests to clear you for surgery. Please return at your earliest convenience... I should have been called and asked to return as I dont always check emails and certainly dont check the Longstreet Clinic portal every day.

Dr. Reisman’s staff is unorganized and incompetent. Reisman is kind and thorough. He communicates well while reviewing symptoms or test results. All of our appointment times are missed by at least 45 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes to be seen we often must wait another 3045 before the doctor enters the room. Reisman is friendly and helpful but the efficiency and scheduling is ridiculous.

I have been going to Dr Reisman for around 19 years Dr reisman is a very caring person he speaks in terms that you can understand he is very easy to talk to he takes time with his patients to ensure the understanding what their health needs are
