Scheduled an appt, Went to office, was told they only saw well patients, not patients with any problems. Told to reschedule when allergy induced runny nose went away. A physician who won’t see patients who might have a problem, nice gig.

I had Covid 19 and was hospitalized. I feel that they do not check your chart after being in NE GA BRASELTON HOSPITAL before informing you that you can get the vaccine. I was given Convalescent meds for antibodies to fight COVID. After calling back several times I was told yes it is ok. I mentioned about the antibodies, and doctor said no not for 90 days. What could have happened if I didn’t check my own chart? I feel doctor or nurse should have checked chart prior to giving any advice.

Very very bad. After being her patient for over 3 years she blacklisted me from not only her facility, but the whole NGPG network. Attempts to find out why were ignored.

".....patients like you..." I hope Dr Sangapu stays awhile as my first two docs. Mersberger and Albritten (sp?) left after just an appt or two. Sangapu has a sweetness about her that really helps a patient feel more relaxed and reviews the pt's 'chart' thoughtfully. As an RN, Im sensitive to (aware of) a doctor's manner and knowledge. Dr Sangapu is an asset to the NEGPG.,

This doctor is now at perimeter family north. Avoid this doctor and her practice at all costs. Inept to the point that I'm considering legal action. Following a very troubling lab result, I was told many times over the course of 10 days that results were faxed to specialists. Results not only never faxed but lost!!! Of course the office won't say "lost" (as that would be a potential HIPAA violation). They say not entered correctly into the system and they can't currently find them!
