List of The Longstreet Clinic's Reviews
Terrible service. My child was projectile vomiting and offered no helpful solutions and acted as if they didn't care. The people here are never in a good mood either. Everyone who works on the front desk acts like they hate their job. And they send an $78 bill to debt collectors after 2 months without warning. We have since changed to Pediatric Associates in Braselton and have had nothing but great experiences and have resolved our issues and ended up having a milk allergy.
Called at 9:07am this morning to schedule a sick visit for my daughter. Spoke with an appointment representative who made my appointment for 2pm today. I got a called at 11:56am, I called the office back and told them I had just missed their called. The “supervisor” told me my appointment was at 11am today???? No 2pm available another patient has that spot. How hard is it to schedule an appointment correctly! Some people have jobs?! How in the world did this get so messed up. Absolutely no customer service . It’s really not hard. I have had enough of Longstreet clinics. No wonder they have such terrible reviews.
Dr. Miller is really great. We saw her 4 times this week to help little man's asthma get under control. We felt like she truly cared about him, and our son really benefited from that! I would reccomend her more than any other pediatrician we have seen in the last 4 years. We will be sticking around!!❤
I've been going to Long Street clinic in Gainesville for 35 years and they now have this more southern office in Oakwood that does all my lab work and has trained me for some injuries. This is a great place with a great staff. They're always cheerful and get me in and out as quick as possible and I've never had any issues in dealing with medical bills or correspondence because they always get the work done that needs to be done with no complaining long work hours and keep a good attitude. I trust my life at Long Street and they've never done me wrong. Be nice and supportive because I want them to stay around! Highly recommend
Te atienden rapidisimo no es cm en otros lugares q esperas mas de dos horas para ser atendido
I was skeptical of going to the Oakwood location because of the reviews but my 1 year old has been sick for a WEEK with a high fever, and the Gainesville location always, always, always says oh, it's probably just teething. Come to find out he is sick. We saw a nurse or doctor named Brittany and she was great and helpful. There was not a awful wait either. We will be using this location from now on.
This is NOT the location of Longstreet Clinic Pediatrics!
Front desk service could be better.
Took my daughters for their 2 and 4 year old check up , we loved the doctor but unfortunately can’t say the same about the nurse named Jackie, VERY VERY RUDE!! Seems like he hates her job , she is very impatient, we not coming back to this location bc of her!!
We have been patients here for years and love the nurses and drs. They always get us in same day for sick appts and return phone calls promptly. Not sure why anyone would give them less than 5 stars but we have no complaints.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
