Wish I could give negative stars. My husband has been waiting to see a Dr. for almost two hours. They took him back to a room and left him. When he stepped out to see what the hold up is they told him that the Dr. had other patients before him and that he would be seen soon. My husband always has to wait for more than an hour when he comes. if it's because of ' people before him ' than better planning needs to be implemented to keep these long waits from happening. I'm trying to talk my husband into going to my Dr. instead. He is at northeast ga physicians group. Everyone is really nice and I have never been kept waiting for more than ten min. And even on the vary rare occasion that it has gotten close to that long a nurse always comes in to check on me and ask if I need anything and to let her know if I do. I hate having to bring him here because I know it's going to be a long day and we are both going to be grumpy afterwards.

The doctors seem ok; but, everyone else in this nightmarish organization is woefully inept, if not down-right malicious. Whomever is responsible for staffing this so-called medical facility has risen to new levels of incompetence. STAY AWAY!

Very disorganized.Needed a covid test but has to go through their so called telehealth visit, so their provider can get their share.Will not be able to get test done without the telehealth visit.What a waste of time.

My doc is great. My gripe is with refilling prescriptions. Seems difficult to communicate.

Friendly accommodating and knowledgeable these good folks dispense quality care. They always seem to do their best work whenever I am around. Clean, efficient and reasonably priced they offer quality care all the while compassionately.
