Very friendly people and a great doctor!

Doctor Bennett listens to his lying employees and not his patients. Every time they make a mistake they blame it on the patient which is really annoying. Whenever they make a mistake with insurance, appointments or billing that a patient(customer) complains about, they say that the patient/customer are showing themselves. I find that rediculous. When you make a mistake you need to apologize and own up to what you have done and not be so sensitive if YOUR MISTAKE costs you patient/customer wasted time and money.

I have been seeing Dr. Bennett since he started practicing in Peachtree City and a very satisfied with his care for me and I have recommended him to friends. His office manager Roxy is the best and nurse Mildred are great. I am sad to see him have to move out of his PTC Office but will travel to Newnan to see him. Hopefully, will return to PTC soon.

I’ve been with Dr. Bennett for over 10 years and I’ve never had a problem with him or his staff. I would recommend him to my friends if they need a doctor.

I made an appointment and when I got to the doctors office I was told I was not on the schedule. I have been going to this location for over 40 years and have had this happen twice since doctor Bennett took over for deceased Dr. Theriot at the hospital Road location. I understand someone making a mistake, but I do not understand why the doctor would reprimand me instead of his staff member who made the mistake. That is unless she lied and told him I caused a scene which I never do. Also rude remarks were made about my autistic daughter right in front of her by the nurses. She is not deaf she is autistic. Shame on you! Since Dr, Bennett and his staff took over for Dr. Theriot since her death Newnan Family Medicine has really changed for the worse. They are unprofessional and very rude. I will find another doctor because I will not be treated with such hate and ignorance.

I made an appointment to see Dr Bennett and when I got to his office I was told I had no appointment. I voiced about how disappointed I was that thisa happened . Then Dr. Bennett proceeded to scold me about my attitude. I didnt know that being unhappy about being mistreated automatically gave someone an attitude. All I wanted was for them to follow though with my appointment . Then I changed my mind about seeing this doctor because evidently his office staff are like children and get their feelings hurt too easily. When you make a mistake just say you did it and dont take it out on your customers. I have chosen to change doctors after going to Newnan Family Medicine for over 40 years. I sure wish Dr. Theriot was still alive and practicing. She never seemed prejudiced against other races like Dr. Cecil Bennett and his staff.

Great rapport with patients. Explains things well and has served our family for over 15 years. We trust Dr. Bennett.

This is a doctor who doles our pain medications without caring the results of what it does to his patients. He does not see them and sure doesn’t notice when they’ve lost 50 lbs and no longer care about their own family! They don’t even have an office manager to bring up your concerns! Please people get away from this doctor ASAP!! He will kill you by giving you way too much pain meds without overseeing what happens to that person! 😢😔
